He's the quiet observer that sits at the edge of the table poking his food while listening too and watching everything around him. He's one of the first to notice somethings of and the first to start a fight with someone who looks at him funny. He generally mistrusts everyone and keeps them at a distance. He does like the group of crazy people he travels with.

He mostly just wants to survive and stay out of priso- I mean the madhouse

He has a habit of talking down to others and misreading situations. He's also quite impulsive and selfish, causing almost as much trouble as the biggest problem child of the group, Muirne.

He usually assumes everyone to be inferior to him and doesn't change his opinion unless proven otherwise.

He's good at fighting with his bare hands and swinging around a club or axe. Drumming on any flat surface, cooking and sewing aren't things he's bad at either. Like Amy, he knows quite a lot about edible plants and often helps her gather food

He likes to fight others, especially Mathias is a prefered opponent. He also likes parkours and cooking.

he's a pompous idiot who keeps his distance from others who annoy the crap out of him, which is nearly everyone and mostly because it takes little to tik him of and get him to fight. Furthermore, he cares for the others in the group but will actively deny it.

Brandon has always had a short fuse and was heavily invested in both kickboxing and ...... His parents often worked late and he would end up cooking for himself and younger siblings. It wasn't until his 18th that he took an interest in becoming a cook and eventually became an official chef to a popular restaurant in his hometown. After his senior chef made a few rude remarks, Brandon beat him up and got fired after which the same thing repeated at several other restaurants.
At some point the judge decided he should go be sent to a highsecurtity mental institute in order to improve his temper. Brandon arrived at Morrowbay asylum in 2015. He had been to one other institute before that.

He looks at his restaurant dream as something that would be nice to have/do but isn't necessary

to learn to control/ direct his emotions properly and ignore others

He really wants to start his own restaurant

He has a lot of problems and a long list of assault charges, meaning that even if he does get his restaurant on the road somehow he'll have to work much harder at it than any other person

He has a habit of telling himself "now is not the right time" creating new limits for realizing his own desires as he goes. Basically, he keeps procrastinating on the one thing he really wants.
