Samantha's biggest fear is failure, specifically of her future.
Samantha moves with an underlying confidence and brightness. She is the life of the party, but her innocence and determination are what really inspires people.
Her main goal is to go to college, become a therapist, and one day start a family. She holds her Christian values dear to her, and Samantha wants to make her mom proud. She believes that humans need help, so she wants to be that help for people.
Samantha never puts herself first. She will go through extremes to help someone, no matter the consequences. Often, she beats herself up for many mistakes, believing that if she can't save someone, that it is her fault. Samantha tends to forget the little things in life.
When she was younger, Samantha would look up to Anubis as he was the older sibling. However, Anubis has evil values and has not shown any signs that he's worth looking up to. Samantha loves him nonetheless, which is a flaw for her because she sees too much good in people. She thinks they have good intentions, despite not caring about her at all.

Samantha grew up in an average Christian home, except for her brother. She was popular, smart, and loved by her mother. There were never any major problems growing up besides an absent dad and an oddly absent brother, called Olliver. Otherwise, Samantha dealt with things any teenage girl would experience.
Throughout her entire life, she had never hung out with Olliver. They would talk every now and then. But never emotionally connected. Olliver would shut himself in his room or be off at someone else's house. This affected Samantha greatly as she never had a male figure in her life. She began to believe most guys were just like that, but she thought Olliver had good reasoning.
Eventually, Olliver moved out and left Samantha and their mom on their own. Olliver never visited and Samantha continued her own life studying psychology. At 17, her brother was reported missing.
It was difficult for Samantha as her mom began to rely on her and occasionally alcohol again. Samantha does succeed in convincing her mom to stop drinking before she becomes an alcoholic. Her mother still is plagued by Olliver's actions and Samantha's dad.
She eventually makes her way to college and strives to achieve her goals.
Over four years later, Samantha runs into her brother at a grocery store. In a fit of anger she beats him up only to be stabbed by a man who seemed to be in alliance with Olliver.
