Evan is from a family of bikers in the badlands. His parents own the local bar. The town is a very large biker community and is completely run by them. Evan is a DJ and very good at it.

Evan due to his power can't talk normally without tearing the roof off (no literally) He has to talk with a mask over his mouth that instead roughly interprets his mouth movements, cancels out his voice and uses a robot voice instead. (Think Wrench from Watchdogs 2 and Stephen Hawking) So he just sounds like a robot.

Evan has a super sonic scream that turns concussive. He can knock pick up trucks away and send people flying. He can also control sound around people. So he can cancel out the sound around them so they are deaf. Or he can distort it to make everything loud and distorted. When he's incredibly focused he can create music from any sound. He can change sound to a point where it's a completely different sound. So if you farted he could make it sound like a bass guitar. Despite all this He finds it incredibly hard to use his own voice. He can't really speak without accidentally using his power so he wears a special mask. (I'm thinking similar to a Wrench mask but minus the top half) This gives him a robot voice and regulates how many decibels he gives out. He turns up the volume and can use his power. Sometimes when the situation is dire he takes off his mask and lets his voice rip. Later on he can make sound visible and choose the shape of that. (No real use just looks cool)

Evan has the power to change the frequency of sounds. He can use this to distort sounds making them either extremely loud or quiet. Proving great for stealth and taking down enemies.
