Strong leader, great memory, good sense of humor, good listener, very charismatic.
"Sometimes I feel like women are like motorcycles. What? No, I would not like a receipt."
Gaining the attention of his crush, Carmen.
Egotistical, insecure, stubborn, can be unaware of those around him, prone to quick anger.
His economic and social privilege has given him an ego that not only makes him think he deserves anything or anyone he pines after, but also has made him very disconnected from the struggles of the general Endom populous. For most of the story, he doesn't hold a strong political opinion because he doesn't have to.
Working out, racing on his motorbike, playing board games.
His mother, taking his sister, left him and his dad when Cole was very young. His dad raised Cole until he was five, and then he joined the army, and couldn’t stay. He gave Cole to his good friend, Captain Xavier Gar, to take of while he was gone, which was multiple years. Gar begrudgingly raised Cole as best as he could, teaching him politics and history, although at first, Cole was never that interested. Cole would often wait to read the letters his dad would send to him every few months. However, one day, Gar received a letter of Cole’s father’s death, but instead of telling Cole, he decided not to ruing the poor child’s dreams and hide it from him. When Cole turned ten, he met Carmen and Jo, changing his life forever.
Highly educated in Endom politics and troop organization/fighting strategies. Knows certain advanced combat skills
Figures out he has an ability called ergokineses, the ability to manipulate energy. He gets mad at Carmen, and nearly ends up killing her. He then begins to leak radiation that he himself is immune to, and is quarantined in a small, protected room until his leaking slows down. This marks probably the lowest moment in his life. Eventually, when he is able to leave his cell, he still doesn’t have control of his powers, and burns almost anyone he touches. He is temporarily relocated to a realm grouping outside of the Endom, where he meets a girl named Kay who has similar powers to his, and is supposed to help him learn to control his abilities. Cole, over time, begins to foster feelings for Kay.

There should be a strong, military power that knows how to govern with a strong hand yet still allow individual citizens to manage their own economic and personal ventures.
