Harbors a strong dislike towards the police due to an officer's treatment of him when he was little; but generally has a 'live and let live' attitude.
Always seems to be almost vibrating with energy, generally has a smirk on his face.
Excitement and thrill. He likes creating chaos and having fun.
Will do anything if dared. Dislikes cowards and hates being called one himself. Can be a little selfish. Has some abandonment issues and insecurities due to having terrible guardians as a child.
Duplication powers; can make up to 40 clones right now (started with 3 at age 7 - can make more with practice); he doesn't receive any wounds from his clones but he does receive the pain (if a clone died he wouldn't but he would still feel immense pain) and memories. Mental link between him and all his clones to communicate, can be turned on and off at will.
Accumulated a good deal of knowledge and talents from his clones, jack of all trades
Risk-taker, daredevil, fearless, confident, daring, mischievous, devious, cunning, cool, flirty, playful, energetic, extremely charming.

His first foster family was abusive, and when he was 6, he escaped and went to the police for help. The officer he went to, however, was corrupt and did nothing to help him, calling him an 'irritating nuisance' and sending him back to the home. This incident caused him to completely lose faith in the police, and he harbored a faint dislike for the superheroes who worked with them.
He managed to get sent back to the orphanage, and his second foster family was normal, helping him regain his trust in people. However, they soon sent him back for apparently no reason, which led to his feelings of insecurity and worthlessness.
His third foster family, in contrast to his first, was too overprotective, and they suffocated him. When they sent him back to the orphanage for 'acting out', he swore to always have fun and enjoy life. This made him extremely carefree and even whimsical.
He stayed in the orphanage until he was 15, which is when he became emancipated.
He was creating mayhem with his powers for the lolz at age 17, and caught Aurora's (one of the villains) attention, who offered to 'hire' him. He accepted due to his dislike/hatred for the police, but with the condition that he would not go on 'heists' or 'missions' that went against his morals (is absolutely against hurting people, and being too hard on innocent people).
(He's not evil; he generally makes mischief and the lives of the citizens difficult, but if someone was about to die he would help them, so he's more like an anti-villain.)
