Natiselle and him will battle and she will kill him by plunging her sword into the back of his throat. After he wounds her, he leaves her to bleed out and turns to kill Erion. He manages to land a killing blow but immediately after Natiselle staggers forward and stabs him.

He went through all of the education that his mother made him go to, but he never really paid attention to it. He was much more interested in beating things up.
