Jackson is a strict, stoic young man who takes his job very seriously. He is very realistic, not believing in miracles or guarantees.

Jackson is a strong recluse and gets touchy on the subject of family. Because he lost his entire family to the Great Terrorist Attack on Arco City, he believes that all those close to him will eventually leave/die. As a result, he keeps everyone at arm's length and has a cold demeanor towards everyone he meets.

If there is a huge crowd, Jackson can usually be found by himself in a quiet area.

Jackson is motivated by the untimely loss of his entire family as well as the need to prevent such an event from happening ever again.

Jackson is usually very cold-hearted towards everyone. He is also has a very cynical attitude most of the time.

Jackson also suffers from PTSD from watching his family die at the age of 6.

Like many citizens of Arco City, Jackson is xenophobic. He also strongly opposes the notion of family, due to what happened to his own.
