He has ADHD, meaning he is always moving, whether it's tapping his foot, twiddling his fingers, or playing with one of the many gadgets in his pouch. With a slightly higher IQ(due to his ability, but only when he focuses, but this drains him until he goes to sleep) he generally plans his crimes in advance, making them seem like coincidence

He is greedy, but his motivation isn't straight greed. He is "sane' but willingly chooses to be crazy so that he might enjoy life. He believes that even though he's a 'criminal' he's right because he may be committing crimes, but at least hes doing it in style and in the public's eye. He also just doesn't understand not living the way he wants in what his opinion is a very screwed up world.

He doesn't like rich people... like at all, he thinks their all murders, and back-stabbing sons of guns

He likes for public + private opinion to be to be that he is chaotic bad(it's good for his rep) but he knows he lands somewhere in chaotic neutral, how neutral depends on the situation

He dropped out half-way through his senior year

His parents were low income class people who worked full time jobs. They had big dreams to have their *children do better than them, and what parents don't. They slowly over the next 12 years grew to the lower levels of high income class people. But their youngest died as a infant, and their other child, Alec, went crazy at 18 years old, 24 days before Christmas, on December 1st. He sent both his parents to the hospital in comas. From there Outlet was born... At least, that's the official story.

The truth is that his parent both worked full time jobs and were low class. They had no dreams for their children. They did not lose their second child, they sold her when she started to show powers in a two-way payment plan. The first was when they originally sold her, they would receive a rather large check every six months for her, and should she die, there would be a 'severance' check. They used this money to become rich. As time went on Alec began to discover his own powers. He (like any teenager would) kept the secret from his parents. Eventually they found out though, but didn't try to sell him til a month later, when the final largest check came. Then they revealed how and why they did what they did to him, they had been corrupted by their greed. That was December 20th, the following day he broke loose and sent both of them to the hospital. He doesn't actively seek revenge for his sister, but if he were to run into the people who took her... well he wouldn't turn down the opportunity

He is not one to stand his ground, he's not a coward, but he's not stupid either, one hero means more will show up soon. Thus when heroes show up he is the first out the door w/ hit & run tactics.
