Selena was born in an forest sacred to Lykos hidden in Hydron. Selena was born to a race of werewolves created by Lykos, but Selena was born on a special day and time, making her a Diplo Werewolf. During a sacred ritual, 10 year old Selena saw a deer with golden horns and followed it. The deer explained that it is Lykos and that she has a higher purpose. Lykos gifted her with jewelry and a greatsword, both of which absorbs moonlight. When she returned, all of the other werewolves were slaughtered by The Church of Everlasting Life.
