Due to this, what had once been a part of the Soviet Union's North-Western region that bordered the Tri-Nordic Alliance, composed of Finland, Norway, and Sweden had now become the city-state Kostaskol 5, managed by the Morena Consortium, a series of corporations that managed the Kostaskol line of human habitations after their purchase from the remnants of what had once been Estonia's government.
