Josie is the daughter of Arthur Hall and the Grand-daughter of The Golden One.

She is considered one of the most powerful Neo-Humans alive. The damage she can take almost has no limits. Her father even powers her up by hitting her with electricity.

Josie has the ability to absorb and store kinetic energy. Anything that hits her becomes energy that is stored within her. She gets a gun that channels that energy and allows her to fire it back out. Anything you do to her she can do to you 10x harder.

She also wears one of Sam's old cloaks granting her limited invisibility.

Josie wears a purple jacket with black highlights and light panels to reflect her energy being absorbed by her body. She wears a shoulder pad that feeds down her sleeve and into her gun.
