Theodore is very serious and professional when meeting new people, not much of a talker when he's not actively working on a case.

He holds himself in high regard and can be rather snobby and prideful, but he's very loyal and dedicated to those he cares about.

Theo wants to work his way up the ladder in his department, as a relatively new detective, he's eager to gain more honor and respect from his colleagues and parents.

Untrusting and judgmental. He insists on doing things by himself even if he could benefit from help.

Thinks lowly of undereducated people.

He really rocks on the saxophone. His parents paid for a teacher since he was young.

Photography, he's fascinated by cameras and how pictures hold memories in time. He mostly takes portraits.
He also enjoys smoking cigars.

Very high education, he went to private school and had personal tutors. He was the top of his class in most subjects.

Theo came from an extremely wealthy family in a big city, he was doted on by his parents since he was their only son, the others being three younger girls. He was given the best of everything and was expected to pursue a well paying and respectable job.

$550 per month plus throw away amounts of money from his parents.

Even with his younger age and lack of experience, Theodore shows a lot of promise in his field and is expected to excel quickly.

An amateur detective with promise.

He first meets Charlotte Gray at the Cass police station when he first arrives to investigate.

Theodore is at first annoyed by how incessant Charlotte is about snooping into his case. He wants to do everything by himself and isn't used to help. Things get complicated when she starts flirting with him. They both tell themselves she only wants him for his loaded pockets, but maybe it turns into something more? Like his sweet saxophone skills.
