The eye-catching baby blue color is identifying enough. His most distinguishing feature is the white mask that changes depending on his mood. Any other marks are covered up by his outfit.
Oschao is very energetic and showy. He's always friendly towards everyone he meets, despite how he or the other person feels. He has an informal way of speaking: a Maligol dialect. The most significant part of his speech is the excessive use of the word 'chum' and 'pal.'
Oschao's main goal is to make others happy and keep the species' spirit going. He sees entertainment as a way to keep others from succumbing to defeat and surrender. No matter what crisis the territories are in, he will keep his shows going in the name of hope, power, and spirit.
"All this battle stuff is making us gloomy! Come on, pals! Let's drum up a little ditty of hope! Of power! As long as we have joy, we can do anything!" - Quote
Oschao is outgoing and cheerful. He can brighten anyone's day with just his presence. Not only that, but he's great at motivating and influencing others.
Oschao is very naive and does not like listening to others. He constantly gets himself into trouble through his own pride. Heck, the whole main story was started with him going into a dangerous ambush to stop it. He goes off doing his own thing without thinking about the consequences. He's also known for not being completely honest, though it's usually for the good of the people.
He doesn't let his fears show often, so it's hard to tell that he even has any. He does have autophobia, the fear of being alone, as well as some lesser fears concerning failure and being forgotten.
Singing and traveling are his main two hobbies. He sings random tunes as a coping mechanism and even makes some of them into his own songs.
Oschao has a couple of habits. He does repetitive movements, such as tapping his foot on the ground or wobbling back and forth. It's common for him to daydream and take lots of risks as well.
Social Moral (Counsellor)
Oschao does what is moral without breaking the law, but will work to change it.
Oschao is an ESTP-A. He makes decisions quickly and prefers to be practical. He is impulsive and very sociable. Some characteristics include energetic, funny, influential, action-oriented, adaptable, and observant.
He doesn't seem to have any conditions. Or maybe he doesn't let it show. There are a lot of things that a mask can hide.
Oschao has grown to be very athletic. He can spin with incredible speed, has higher-than-average reaction time, and has trained himself to deal with any battles he might be sent to. He started this training at the start of the war, about 5 years before the main story began. He assumed that fighting in the war was both needed and made you a known hero. So he started preparing for the day he became a true star, which ends up coming in the main story.
Like all Polyanics, Oschao can fly at high speeds.
He has no physical weaknesses. All his flaws are personality-based.

All we know is that he never graduated from any schools. Not a single one has him documented as a student either.
Past Background:
[Due to the possibility of this becoming an actual game, this section will be vague. The following is dialogue from a background character (NPC) that the main character can talk to.]
"Ah, yes. We all wanna know about him. But something about that chum: he's got a bit of secrecy. You ask anything about his story, he says it's nothing quite special. I can tell it; his voice leads to believe he don't wanna talk about nothing. There always a few things circling, though. Theories, lots of them. There was a burning factory right before he appeared out of thin air. Some say he was a survivor or worker there, n'that's why he got his face covered. Others say he was the child of the owner that died. Even the crazy man got himself talking, saying he caused the thing. But c'mon, could you imagine that pal doing that?"
[This next dialogue is from the side character, Persador.]
"You wouldn't tell, would you?... Right, why am I asking? You can't even talk, not verbally anyway. Yeah, the factory thing. I lived near the place when it burned down. I saw it start. I was the one who called the firemen. I went over there to help the survivors. I'm a nurse, after all. I saw him sitting outside, on a hill, turned away. He was young at the time, five years younger than now. I wouldn't know why he was in there, but he had the burn marks. I asked him where his parents were and... 'what parents,' he said. I can't tell what happened. All I know is that he was in there."
Main story:
Oschao is found by Puka, the main character, while giving a speech. He was trying to calm the audience down as the sudden ambush started rolling in. The Bandolian airships opened fire on any people they could see, including the audience. Oschao quickly made a decision: he would go into the ship and destroy it from the inside himself. He flew into a window and smashed through. As he expected, there were many soldiers inside ready for battle. But he didn't expect there to be another infiltrator. Puka also made its way inside using its new tool. After an awkward meet-up, the two slowly made their way to the cockpit, where the leader was held. Amarus was his name, and he was already prepared to kick off the intruders. In a double-team effort, the two eventually take down the leader and, soon, the whole main ship. The infiltration allowed armies to focus more on other ships, doing more damage. After a bit, the Bandolias retreated.
The main story is a WIP.
