[Made in the visual style of older portions of Passa Solea, so lower, Long House vibes but glammed up in the decorations of more modern sensibilities.]
An old family estate, the Flauráz family used it as a distinguished guesthouse for visiting nobility, and now the Soreva family does so in their behest. Through Myrus, the Kiria family was able to cop the entire lot for their stay.
It is on the outskirts of the Palacial Quarter, with Passa Solea in the center of the district and the Temple demarcating the far border into the Religious Quarter. Roughly two blocks from the Palace, but closed in by an uphill-twisting courtyard and a walled garden
low- the area is predominantly wealthy, and with noble guests also highly policed. Occasional acts of servant-theft and some drinken shenanigans.
Wonderful vantage point of the Palacial Quarter due to it being atop a hill, but low visibility due to the Templar Quarter due to the heavy greenery along one side of the estate (small view of the Temple atop the [Western Hill]).
Palacial Guards are set up around the premises to keep out intruders and look after Myrus and his children
