And yes, healing adjutants are best adjutants.

Yeah, typically I only used Flayn as a healing adjutant.
At first, I didn't know rhythmancers could use magic (since they can't in the other FE games I've played), but in my two runthroughs where I figured out how to get a rhythmancer, I've had Mercedes and Dorothea be my rhythmancers.
And YES, healing adjutants are the BEST, especially for the tank characters who just need lots of healing.
