A man walked through the woods, leading a small group. “Teenagers having another wild party,” he grumbled, seeing fireworks in the sky.

Another man sighed in annoyance. Stupid kids. It was like, what? 11? Maybe later?

"Can't do much to stop them," another one sighed. "My boy's the same." He peered into the trees. "Should we go check it out, then?"

“Yep. Boys, spread out. Surround the place, we’ll want to take them in so their parents can come get them. ‘Less their over eighteen, then we get to put them away,” he chuckled.

Unknowingly, Lata continued drawing in the air with her magic, waiting for her new friend to return.

Elentiya walked back. “Fries?” She offered, before freezing and staring at a policeman’s shocked face.

The man rubbed his hands together eagerly and set off into the trees.

Tamara had just finished off a duel and was playing with a skeletal rabbit. She was about to head back to the center of the gathering when she thought she saw a shadow in the trees. She warily approached it.

She panicked and tendrils of red magic snaked off of her. She hesitated, then screamed in local dialect (pretend they have their own language or whatever for special cases), telling everyone to run.

Lata summoned some of her strongest illusions to distract the policemen. After all, they didn't know they weren't real.

Tamara shifted into a wolf and launched herself at the policeman. They rolled into the underbrush, thrashing wildly. Their flailing bodies shot past a couple girls.

Beasts grew out of thin air and snarled at the men.
"What the hell?!" One of them yelled.

Tamara sent her adversary flying into a tree. She morphed from a wolf into a panther and ran straight at the one who had just yelled and was standing amid illusions, which seemed to be emanating from a young girl.

Elentiya’s magic shot out of her hands, blasting a couple into the bushes. All over the courtyard, witches were fighting back, running away, disappearing. Her eyes widened as she realized a policeman had gotten his hands on two young twins, a boy and a girl. The girl’s magic seemed to be like hers, except blue. The boy was frantically fighting, causing what looked like a lot of damage. She realized that his hands were heating up. “Over there!” She shouted to the panther that appeared.

(Might I mention that the strongest illusions are real until someone realizes that they're fake)
Lata ordered her creations to push back the oncoming men. She couldn't take her eyes off them for too long, or she would lose focus.

Tamara twisted around and immediately spotted the toddlers who were being manhandled. She let out a low growl and bounded onto the man. They tumbled to the ground. She sank her teeth into his leg and knocked him out. She turned to the toddlers; the boy was all banged up and the girl looked absolutely terrified. She morphed into a dog and pranced over to them, licking their hands affectionately.

“Lata, can you keep them off us?” She asked, running over and picking up the two, one in each arm.

Tamara morphed back into a human. "I'll take care of them."

"I'll do my best," she said with a wink.

“Here,” She said, passing the boy over. “We’vemgot To get them out of here. Are their parents around?” She said, running.
