(What Does That Mean)
(I don't know- but just let them scrimble-)
(when I see “scrimble” usually I think some little creature scurrying around but that’s just me)
(holy shit do not look up what a scrimble is-)
(I will now be using a different nonsense word to describe my characters)
(….now I’m tempted to do it)
(NO. dont you will want to bleach your eyeballs)
(damn you urban dictionary, why can't you just have a word not mean something gross)
(I have a feeling that isn’t really what it means)
(I don’t trust urban dictionary)
(Uuuhhhh topic change: just let the binguses bingus.)
(Null come back we need blaze to be smart again and wow our optical orbs with big words)
(fanfiction authors trying to find creative words for eyes be like)
(wheezing)
(Working on it. In the meantime I'll let the skrunklies be skrunkly.)
(My phalanges cannot type good words right now I apologize)
(boink-)
(We need our orbs to be blessed with Null’s writing)
(Sorry, working on wowing those peepers. Be patient until early tomorrow, it's hard being so smart.)
Blaze nods, but she sees very clearly what Tseth is thinking.
"You can use that arm of yours to block most of the tranqs. The ones you don't block you can dodge and even among those, I'm sure your regeneration would probably keep you going for just long enough to wipe them out. Whether you kill them or knock them out doesn't matter by the way. Whichever is easiest. Just keep them busy," she smirks.
She takes a deep breath.
"I'm sure you guys have figured this out by now, but I have no eyesight. I literally cannot see at all," she chuckles wearily. "All that keeps me from getting hurt is pure instinct and my training."
(She “sees” very clearly what he’s thinking aye /j)
(Sorry I had to)
(I blink It isn't sight per se. More. . . leader's instinct. Also a writing mistake on my part but we'll go with it-)
(Hmm)
(Don’t worry I just like being annoying)
Tseth raises an eyebrow at Blaze. Well, isn’t she good at telling what people are thinking. He hums in response to her. “So then, we will have to trust your training to get us all out of here.” He looks around the room again. If they were going to do this, they’d need to do it soon. Hopefully none of the staff could listen to their conversation.
"Look, Tseth. If you want to go and try and convince the directors to let us go, be my guest. I won't stop you. Hell, I'll even take over your role," Blaze shrugs, but her tone was quite. . . something. It seemed she was saying, "If you disregard my reasons for putting you in the position you have in his plan, I'll make sure you live to come with me back to my world where I can court marshal your ass, even if you aren't a part of our military."
It would be a very effective threat for a good soldier, like she was guessing Tseth was.
(wheezing)
(Well that’s one way to do it)
Lucas had overheard snippets of the conversation. He stands by the doorway, eavesdropping, but he can’t pick up on much. He does see that they want to escape, and honestly, so does he. I should help them. He peeks into the room and speaks quickly. “I want to help you.”
Daphne flinches and turns toward where Lucas is. She stares at him in silence, then takes a few steps back. I’ll just let literally anyone else deal with this-
(Not me already having a response but waiting to see who else posts-)
(Pff-)
( well that wasn’t my intention with what he said but okay Blaze )
Tseth narrows his eyes at Blaze. “Never said I wanted to try this a different way.” He almost said something else, but that’s when Lucas interrupts. Just like I thought. At least it’s him. Lucas was pretty much the only staff member Tseth somewhat liked, and apparently for good reason.
