(Blaze is gonna need some flex tape for that)
(Blaze is gonna need some flex tape for that)
(Eh, it'll heal in an hour or so.)
(Well yes but consider: flex tape)
(Besides, that stuff doesn't come off easy and there's the matter of where she'd get it from.)
(Sigh)
(the words aren't wording right now- I'm planning like five stories mentally and I think my brain is melting)
(just imagine salmook being a whiny brat in general distress-)
Tseth stares at the blood coming from Blaze's palm. Interesting… That's not normal. He couldn't think of much to respond to Blaze. He moves back over to his wall, sitting down on the ground.
Daphne looks up and quickly follows Tseth, sitting on the ground next to him and looking around. She watches Blaze for a moment before making a little bleh sound and staring at the floor again.
(Daphne rn is just)
(1. Find safe person 2. Be very very clingy)
(blaze managing to disgust everyone in one knife stroke-)
(tseth being fine with murder but a blood oath his brain short-circuits)
(Damn, you guys really are doing her like that after she made everyone a blood oath. /j)
Salmook gives a wavering groan as he turns away from the danger-lady. He's not inclined to trust her anymore than he already did. If anything, he just thinks she's a complete lunatic now.
Salmook strays away from her, edging back towards where the jabby-man disappeared to. It's that same room that had the parchments and scribbles and stuff. Interesting stuff. Interesting stuff that Salmook apparently wasn't allowed to see.
He raises a small fist and starts banging on the door.
"Let Salmook in!"
(Child no)
(Child yes)
(Child… maybe?)
(Child already has-)
(No one asked)
Daphne looks over at Salmook. “Uh- maybe you shouldn’t do that.” She looks a little worried.
Blaze looks like she wants to say something, but sighs.
She puts away the knife and watches as the blood starts to slow in its flow.
It had already scabbed up by the time Salmook started his banging, and she looks like she wanted to stop him, but knew that in order to do so she'd likely have to hold him down. . . which wouldn't help her chances of gaining his trust.
So instead, she says, "I don't think that's a good idea. That guy probably has one of those jabbers, kid. I don't think either of us want you to get knocked out."
Salmook briefly pauses, though he doesn't step away from the door. Instead, he glares at the knob.
"Salmook no care! Want in an' see scribblies!"
He resumes banging on the door, now violently twisting the locked knob as well.
"Why not let Salmook see?!"
Tseth mumbles something in dark dragon, holding his head in his hands. The first words he’s said since he came out here. He stands up and walks over to Salmook. “Come on, kid. You know they won’t let you in.” His voice is tired, and his face shows it.
Daphne looks up when Tseth walks over to Salmook. She blinks a few times and questions following him, but instead she decides to wedge herself into a corner and watch. I shouldn’t keep following him around, it’s probably annoying-
Salmook pauses again, glaring up at Tseth-friend. He stands firm, breathing hard. His anger isn't directed towards Tseth-friend, more just the situation he's in. He's been tired yet restless for the past few days, and his emotions have been building up for a while now.
"Salmook no want comper-fishing! Want home! Maybe scribbly-room has answer for Me-Sal. Salmook find out everything about everything! Me a good finder-outer! Move!"
He raises his fist to bang on the door again, but this time, he stops himself. Salmook scratches at his head.
"Salmook feel itchy when he big-mad." He scratches a bit more. "Me sorry."
The apology is in no way genuine, but Salmook seems to understand he's being unreasonable.
Tseth sighs and looks down at Salmook. He backs up a couple steps to give Salmook some space. “It’s alright. Just… no more banging on doors, yeah?”
Salmook deflates a little, moving away from the door.
"Me-Sal not go bang on door. Me promise. But me not want comper-fishing either. Question scary. Salmook smart, but not smart smart."
He doesn't elaborate on that, instead turning back towards the hallway and heading back to his room.
"Salmook go sleep for next season. Wake him up when we go home."
