"Sort of, yes." Glade replied.
"Sort of, yes." Glade replied.
"Can you tell us?" Aliana asked still soft.
"I don't…god." they shook their head. "There are just a lot of variables in this situation."
"Of course," Aliansa responded softly. She felt like nothing could really be done.
Glade let out a breath. "I'm sorry."
Aliana stayed silent assuming the apology was meant for Hatta. He was the one, he was the one affected.
Hatta nodded slightly. "So, what, I'm just going to become a monster and nothing can be done?"
Aliana bit her lip worried as to what Glade would said.
Glade sighed softly, running a hand through their hair. "I don't know."
Aliana took that as something could be done, just possibly.
Glade stood. "I'm making tea. Who wants some?"
"I, I wouldn't mind a cup," Aliana commented.
"I'll have some." Hatta replied with a sigh.
Aliana waited until Glade left to look to Hatta, "Are you doing okay?"
Hatta shrugged. "I don't know."
"That's fine," Aliana responded and kissed his forehead.
Hatta nodded a little bit, holding her close.
Aliana moved closer to him. She didn't mind staying close to him.
Hatta let out a soft breath, pressed close to her.
Aliana hummed as she stuck close to him kissing his cheek.
Hatta wrapped an arm around her, chewing on his lip.
Aliana leaned into him and looked up at him, "Everything will be okay. I, I promise."
Hatta shrugged. "Maybe." he replied.
Aliana smiled up at him and repeated herself, "It will be."
Hatta shrugged again. "We'll have to wait and see."
