@rot-baby-rot!
Ailith paused. "How are we supposed to tell which is which? Any bad spirit could pretend to be good."
Ailith paused. "How are we supposed to tell which is which? Any bad spirit could pretend to be good."
"That is true." Aleena spoke from her position
“I see through the lies with my third eye,” William said proudly. It was true, somewhat, he was in tune with certain demon magic, “And no good spirits taint the land. I will know.”
"Will you now?" Ailith asked, raising an eyebrow.
Bahari laughed. "Let him. We kill bad things, good he worships the good."
William nodded, “I will be at the nest if the crows if I am needed on this realm.” William climbed up to the crows nest to meditate.
(Gtg, see you all later)
Ailith looked over at Bahari. "Interesting crew you've gathered here," she said, smiling. "This should be fun."
Simone turns around and walks back on the ship. "So, when are we going?"
Bahari smiled at Aillith. "To Maldives. There is a spirit emergency that we can stop. Take helm and masts!"
Aleena ran to one of the masts
(I low-key have no idea how a ship works, so this should be fun)
Ailith smiled. "To Maldives." She answered, before moving to the helm.
(TWINS)
Simone ran to the helm and started pushing it, ready for her first mission. She had all this built up excitement inside her and was ready to let it all out in the form of wrath to the spirits. They were not going too be lucky today.
Harley was already on the mast, he just hadn’t been seen by anyone. Harley grinned at Aleena and did a salute, a big grin on his face.
Aleena grinned back and continued to lower the sails
Lucas stood against a wall on the deck, looking nervously between the crew members. Well, at least they seem to know what they're doing… He sat down, examining a shiny apple curiously.
Simone moved from the helm when she saw a newcomer come on board. "Hi. I'm Simone" She said with a bright smile and energetic tone.
Lucas looked up as a voice sounded near him, his heart pounding. "Er… I-I'm Lucas. Nice to meet you." He smiled weakly and ran his thumb over the surface of the apple.
"Likewise, so, are you gonna help or just wait?"
Bahari saw the two young children talking at the rail - one looked rather nervous, the other, Simone, looked confident. This was an interesting crew she'd gathered.
"Sure, I just… I mean, what do you want me to do?" Lucas stood up, although he didn't get much taller by doing so.
William breathed in the fresh air up at the crow’s nest. It only they could get out to open sea where is woul djust be smooth sailing. William watched the crew bustling about. We are all kids, sent to fight demons of a different realm. Good plan William thought sarcastically.
"You can help with the sails." Simone suggested.
Ailith walked under the crows nest. She lifted her hands to her mouth to make her voice louder. "Are the stars still excusing you from physical labor?" She called up to William.
William took the moment to take a long look at his hands, then the sky, mostly for gimmicks and stalling, but then said, “The stars tell me just this once, since I got my meditation in. I shall come grace you with the spirits’s chosen,” William slid down a rope and dropped to the deck with feline grace, “What do you need of me?”
