(Yuki isnt supposed to go to rm42 lol, kaia cleared out the room to let ava and tenley sneak in lmao)
Tenley walked into Ava's room and groaned "the fact that she is being too nice. No one is that nice without a reason." She mumbled
(Lol I’m sorry, I’m very confused and panicked, I’ll delete it.)
(Yeah, presentation anxiety…)
Ava looked at Tenley. "I-I've felt th-that from the s-s-start." Ava said. "D-Do y-you want to c-check it out or?" Ava said getting up from the bed.
"Let's go togather. I think that will be much easier." She muttered
Ava nodded. She walked over to Tenley. She looked up at her. Ava was pretty short so Tenley towered over her. "L-Let's g-go." She said.
Tenley nodded and walked over to the transport. Typing in the locations she leaned against the glass window comfortably until she heard a mechanical voice "access denied." She glared "oh I'll show you access denied." She muttered and quickly started typing in her armband
Ava looked really nervous. "I-I have to g-get something!" She said as she dashed back in. She dashed back into her room and grabbed the pieces. With it being almost finished she didn't want it to get taken or damaged. She ran back out to Tenley. "S-Sorry!" She said wincing as she got back to her.
"Tjats fine, I just got this." She smirked and the mechanical voice came back "destination ahead."
Kaisa led the other Agents on duty down towards the basement, where the boiler room was located. She hoped Tenley had got her message. She was planning on giving her as much time as possible. Something told her that room 42 was hiding something, otherwise, why would it have been so secure? She gulped as they descended the stairs, and the darkness seemed to swallow her as the stairwell narrowed. Harvey, who was right behind her, paused and fumbled for his flashlight. He flicked it on. "I'll take the lead," he suggested. Kaisa nodded gratefully, slightly guilty for tricking him. Harvey was the only one who knew about her claustrophobia, and the closest thing she had to a friend. There had been an incident during training, but he had covered for her. Afterward, she had thanked him, explaining why it terrified her so much, and how the darkness only made it worse. Thinking about this made her feel more guilty, but she pushed her feelings aside and pressed up against the wall to let him pass. Finally, they reached the boiler room. Harvey pushed open the door. The room was illuminated with a red light so that the maintenance people didn't have their night vision ruined. The flashlight went off, and Kaisa followed Harvey into the room. It was large, and filled with steam. she coughed, covering her mouth with her sleeve, and the other dozen Agents did the same. She slowly advanced, walking carefully among the steaming pipes and equipment laying around. She looked carefully at the boiler, pretending to inspect it. Then something caught her eye. A valve had been broken off of the boiler. She gaped in astonishment. She heard the door click shut and she whirled around. Agent Viena tried the handle. "It's locked!" she said in surprise. Kaisa frowned. "Who shut the door?" she demanded. Everyone quickly assured her it wasn't them. "So it was someone from out there, but…" the realization dawned on her. "Oh smokes. The boiler, the door. Oh smokes. We're trapped. Radio someone!" she snapped, her voice quavering. Someone jumped on it. Harvey frowned. "Kaisa, are you okay? What…?" his voice died off as he caught sight of a temperature gauge. Then the snapped valve. And then the gauge again. "Oh." "No service Kaisa!" Tracy Viena said, casting aside formalities. Kaisa looked up from the gauge into the faces of the Agents she had brought down here. They may have been a part of Valencia, but they were people too. And they were looking to her for leadership. She took a deep breath. "Someone try to get service. Tracy, round up some tools. Daniel! Try to fix the valve. Horace, try to get the door. The rest of you, find anything that might work as a battering ram or something to fix the boiler. If we don't get out of here to get help, this whole facility is going up in flames."
Ava looked around as the hover craft flew about. I should probably check what Kaisa is up to. Ava thought. She sighed as she tuned into Kaisa's tracking device. She jumped when she heard shouts. "zzzzzzzzzzzz-service. Tracy, round up so-zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz-the valve. Horace, try to get the door. The rest of you, find anything that zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz-ttering ram or something t-zzzzzzzzzzzzz. If we don't get out of here to get help, this whole facility is going up in flames." She heard. There seemed to be something to be wrong with the service. "Umm? Tenley?" Ava said nervously. "I-I think t-that K-Kaisa is in t-trouble."
Kaisa tried to get service on her tablet with no luck, she cursed, wishing she had a way to contact Tenley to tell her to get the others out, and to get out if she was in room 42. She swiftly searched the room, but her search revealed no alternative exit. Se wondered how a brand new facility could have over fifty safety code violations in one room. She found a few pieces of wire and gave them to Horace. "Try these on the lock." he nodded and kept trying. She walked to the back of the room, trying to get service. Anything…Anything… Nothing. If only Tenley had been smart enough to trust her in the first place, she would've gotten ahold of the high tech earpieces that the Officials had. She couldn't really blame her for being cautious. If only she had done more than give her a silly access code though She gasped aloud. The message encoding. She quickly typed up a message, hoping beyond anything that it would send. In boiler room. Diversion turned real. Trapped. Do something, or we're all dead.
Tenley frowned at Ava. She opened her mouth to ask her what was wrong when her arm pad buzzed. Reading the message, her eyes widened. "Transport, basement level!" She yelled. Hearing a buzz of confirmation she sighed and waited for the transfer to zoom them.over to the basement boiler room
Ava shook. Did Kaisa get discovered? What happened? If Kaisa got discovered were they as well? What if this was a trap? Ava started to unconsciously fiddle with her finders.
"Kaisa and her team got stuck on the boiler room and they cant escape!" She panicked
(You all can just tell me when I’m really needed, I’ll go silent for now, mostly because I’m backed into a corner…)
(You can join however and whenever lol)
(Lol Okay, I’ll wait a bit.)
Ava nodded her head up and down. She pulled her hair in frustration. What could she do? How could she help? "I-I can s-set off the t-tracker on her back s-s-so K-Kaisa knows help i-is c-c-coming!" AVa said in a panic. She then cursed her self. It was linked to her laptop and she had left that at the dorms. Her hands brushed the pieces of silver in her pocket. That's it! She sat down and began putting them together quickly. It began to form the shape of a small figure.
Kaisa ran her fingers through her hair. "Status!" she yelled over the noise. "No luck, it's jammed!" said Horace. "We're trying to release the pressure but we're only slowing it down!" Daniel shouted in a strained voice. Tracy appeared by her side. "There's no equipment that we can use down here!" Kaisa pinched the bridge of her nose. "How much time Daniel?" "An hour would be a miracle." he reported. She lifted her head. "Right, new plan, Daniel, keep delaying that boiler. Everyone!" she raised her voice. " Find something that might set off an alarm, and see if you can't find a vent or something!!"
Yuki was sitting in his office, feeling tension. He wanted to see what was going on, then was randomly informed that the boiler room was heating up abnormally, thinking the worst he rushed upstairs, looking around to see the problem. Locked…? He thought to himself, going over to the door knocking on it. “Hey, is anyone in there?” He said with concern.
(Ava and Tenley are on a hover craft.)
(I’m very bad at this oOF)
(Just say that you got an alert that the boiler room was heating up and went to check it out.)
Tenley watched Ava as the transport came to a stop
