The year is 2159 and countries have changed. Biggest country, ScarLis, is where you live. A sibling or friend or yours has been selected to go to Valencia, the mythical land of the future, and live/study/work there for one year. In the past, people who have gone to Valencia have either never come back or come back changed. ScarTechs have contacted you to go undercover and find out what is happening to the people

VALENCIA: A HISTORY:

Valencia is the country that has it all. All the newest tech comes from there, jobs there are the highest paying, and the schools have the best reputations. That was until Valencia closed its doors, locking anyone inside and keeping others outside. This went on for years. No one knew what was going on there, the technology so advanced, any security cameras or spies that went near Valencia, never came back. 4 decades ago, Valencia started sending out letters to certain people around the globe, they meet in ScarLis then a Valencian official comes to take them away. The first decade was fine, no mishaps, no deranged people. But as time went on, ScarLis realized that most people who went to Valencia either never returned, or came back crazy and deranged. ScarLis government has hidden this secret from the public, only those families who have Changed Scars, know about this. 2 decades ago the ScarTechs were formed for one purpose, to break into Valencia and see what is happening. 2 teams of 25 soldiers each were sent. Team Alpha x-14 never returned and Team Beta x-14 only had one survivor who went crazy, but before being admitted I to a mental hospital, he told the officials one thing that made them realize this was much more than what they imagined.
'Valencia is alive.'

Claudiston (artist, musicians and authors mainly come from here)(English and a language that is similar to spanish/portugese)

Timeist (usually inventors and scientist come from here) (German, Russian, English, French, and hindi speaking

Herabentia (doctors and nurses come from here)(multilingual)

Wealtinsia (chefs and culinary artist come from here)(multilingual but majority speak english)

All these countries have different people, but if you go into a specific field, you would continue your studies In one of the above.

A Changed Scar is a person who has gone to Valencia and come back but is different from before (these people might be in police/ScarTech custody).

A Valencian is a person who lives in Valencia but this can either be a person from somewhere else who was chosen to come to Valencia OR a person born in Valencia

A chosen person (Vetran) is someone who was chosen to go to Valencia via letter. (If you choose this, you might want to either keep in touch with me so nothing is spoiled or follow my character if I choose to be a Vetran)

An Amber Arrow is a person chosen by the ScarTech officers/officials to go undercover into Valencia. These people are only chosen if the a specific person related/close to Person A is chosen to go to Valencia.

ScarTechs are basically like the FBI of ScarLis. It's more like they watch everything that's happening in ScarLis and check what going to happen. They train Cadets and go to other countries.

I think the plot is pretty good. Could you explain what StarTechs is?

ScarTechs are basically like the FBI of ScarLis. It's more like they watch everything that's happening in ScarLis and check what going to happen. They train Cadets and go to other countries. Ever since Valencia came up, more and more ScarTechs have been trying to find a way Inside. They make a breakthrough with the little Id card that comes with the letter but unfortunately realized too late that only kids aged 13-18 can go through.

Here's an optional improvement: Maybe instead of sending one person, they send a team (like seal six maybe?). But they also have a contactee back at the base, and have to report back every (insert time here). And if they didn't report back by that time or 1-2 hours after that, then ScarTech would assume they're dead and the mission failed. This is just an idea!

Shadow: altered as in they act weird. Its almost as if they have been experimented on or something happened in Valencia that made them go crazy. I havent actual decided exactly what's going to happen but itll be along those lines.

A Changed Scar is a person who has gone to Valencia and come back but is different from before (these people might be in police/ScarTech custody).

Anyone who goes into Valencia is given a small holographic Id card (similar to something Tony Stark uses in AoU to show a broken Jarvis). ScarTech has figured out how to recreate these devices and that is how Amber Arrows go into Valencia.

OK I think I understand now. What if the people who came back had slight alterations in memories? Like lets say that your special person that went to Valencia had this one memory of you that they held on to but when they come back certain things are changed. Like if it took place at the park then maybe they remember it in Valencia. Or they have some sort of obsession with Valencia. They get angry when ever someone talks bad about it.

Appearence: Shoulder length thick black hair, dark eyes, thick eyebrows. Faint freckles on her cheeks when you get up close. Stands at 5'7" and weighs 141 lbs. She has an athletic figure.
Background: Harper comes from a perfect family, but that's about to be shattered because her 14-year-old brother Jared has just been chosen to go to Valencia. Harper receives a letter in the mail, describing her mission. Using the excuse to watch over her brother when he goes, Harper engages in the mission with a group of select other people. She knows once they leave, her parents will split, not having the glue (Jared) around anymore. It kinda hurts her inside that her parents are sticking together just for her brother, not her.

Has any family gone to Valencia?: Her little brother, Jared (14) has been chosen to go. They are very close. (This is after they've been there for a while). Now, he's distance and cold, and has weird outbreaks of anger when certain trigger words are said. During these outbreaks, he is very violent and known to hurt anyone who is close to him. Usually, Harper's parent's goes and hides in their bedroom during Jared's outbreaks, and she is left to calm him down.

Personality: Cold and distant, but once you get to know her, is warm and caring. Doesn't show her emotions often, but puts her opinion in things that matter. Thinks that if she goes on this mission that her brother will get better (she's only doing this for her brother). Disregards rules when neccessary. Mysterious, and doesn't share her past. Has a reputation for being a 'bad girl.' Strategist. When angry, slips in and out of Spanish.
Distinguishing marks: Harper has a bee tattoo under her left ear, which symbolizes hard work. 'You have to work hard to get what you want.'
Weapons: (if Amber Arrow, or Valencian) Harper is specialized in any sort of gun, but sniping is her favorite.

Appearance: She has uneven black hair, one side is shorter than the other and is wavy, the longest reaches past her collarbone. She has pale emerald eyes, and a mix of tan and pale. There are small scratches on her hands from tinkering a bit. She is average height for her age, but to her other brother, she just seems small.

Outfit: A black suit that has a hood, goggles, and a gas mask that only covers her mouth and nose.
Personality: Her personality kind of clashes with itself. She's an adventurous person who seeks the adrenaline but is also cautious and careful about what she does and how she does it. She is constantly self-aware and isn't the type of person to let emotion get the best of her. She's also open-minded to new things, but also has trust issues and doesn't trust the person at first immediately. If she gets a bad vibe, she's sticking to it. She is clever, smart, and is a logical thinker, but at the same time, she can be a dreamer and thinks about all the possibilities. She is fiercely loyal to those she cares about, but wouldn't exactly do anything for them. There are limits. Most of the time she appears to be a funny, likable, relatable person. Most of the time she tries to be understanding, but just don't get people sometimes and it frustrates her why they are like that. She keeps her dark side in check. Her dark side is a terrible thing, it is broken, full of depression, and it is merciless in a way. It is cold and distant and full of a cold anger. Meanwhile, this girl can be mischevious, she is considered to be a rule follower, but she loves to find loopholes in them and twist them in a way so she can defy them. She gets annoyed at people who are stuck up or are just really really dumb and too quick to judge. She hates being underestimated and being ignored especially when she has a good idea. She is a person who likes to share their feelings at all and keeps them reserved for herself. She also isn't a fan of bullies and loves to prove some people wrong. She has a photographic memory and tends to punish herself when she doesn't know something that might be very important and if depending on what goes wrong, she might blame it on herself.

Distinguishing marks: A light pale scar on her cheek that is on it's way to fading from someone trying to murder her and a small slit on her wrist from a pact she and her brother made.
Weapons: (if Amber Arrow, or Valencian) ais able to recognize most weapons, does amazing with the sniper and is great at hand to hand combat and likes to outsmart her enemies.
