Adrien ignored the opening credits in lieu of seeing Mikhail's reaction to them. He frowned when he noticed Mikhail covering his face. Did he not like the movie? Had Adrien made it sound gross? Adrien grabbed one of Mikhail's hands, letting out a squeak of embarrassment when he noticed Mikhail blushing.

Mikhail squeaked in surprise when Adrien grabbed and he blushed even more. He quickly used his other hand to cover his face again.

Adrien grabbed Mikhail's hands more firmly, pulling them down off his face and keeping them at his side. "What's wrong? Why are you red?" He suddenly realized that Mikhail was blushing and pulled his hands away, sputtering apologies. He pushed himself all the way to the end of the couch.

When Mikhail buried his face in a pillow, Adrien freaked out. Mikhail hated him. Great. Perfect. Fuck. Time to close himself off a petition everyone at all involved with the school leadership for a separate room. "Sorry. I'll leave. Sorry!"

"Why are you apologizing?" Mikhail asked, his voice slightly muffled from burying his face in a pillow. He wasn't sure why Adrien was apologizing and saying he should leave when Mikhail was the one who kept freaking out and going red in the face.

Adrien stopped getting off the couch with a questioning noise. "Because I was being all invasive and stuff. I get that I made you uncomfortable, so I'm just gonna," He made a harsh gesture to the door, to indicate him leaving.

"No, it's fine, it really is. I was just surprised," Mikhail replied quickly.

Adrien sat back down on the couch, a look of soft confusion on his face. "Then why were you all… blushy?" He asked hesitantly, not wanting to get kicked out for real. "But only if you don't mind answering!!"

"Ummm……I just blush….a lot," Mikhail answered, looking everywhere but at Adrien.

Mikhail wasn't looking him in the eye. That usually meant someone was lying, or at least not telling the whole truth. He saw it enough on ER nurses to recognize it immediately. And to not tolerate it in his normal life. "Look, I can tell you're not giving me the whole truth, but just tell me. Please. I don't want you to have to lie to me."
