"Hm? Why?" Mikhail asked. He moved some of his hair out of his face as he glanced at Adrien.
"Hm? Why?" Mikhail asked. He moved some of his hair out of his face as he glanced at Adrien.
"I…uh, it's just weird to have someone being so nice to me. Makes me feel all weird and floaty. Questions are a good way for me to ground myself."
Mikhail chuckled. "I thought everybody would be nice to you."
"Well, yeah. It's not the same though. That's..fake nice. It's the 'I only like you because you'll die in a month' nice. You're Real Nice," he said, pushing a lock of hair out of his face with a sigh. "Most people aren't Real Nice and you are and it makes me all…" His voice trailed off
"Of course I'd be nice to you, I'm usually nice to everyone," Mikhail said, a small smile on his face.
Adrien rubbed the back of his neck, wriggling in his seat. "Yeah, I figured. You're kind of the best."
Mikhail blushed slightly at the compliment. "Oh-um-Thanks."
Adrien giggled lightly. "So…yeah. Ask me a question?"
"Oh-um-sure. What’s the dumbest thing someone has argued with you about?" Mikhail asked.
(Gtg, dinner. I'll be back in half an hour or so)
(k)
Adrien thought about it for a while. "Well, there was this one chick who wanted me to try acupuncture and then threw a fit when I wouldn't consider it. Kind of freaky." He shivered for effect "How about you?"
"Ummmmm. Oh, so, when I told my parents I was going to dye my hair, they literally freaked out so much, thinking the dye was going to ruin my hair or something," Mikhail answered.
"Aww, I like your hair," Adrien pouted, reaching over to ruffle the silvery-blue hair. It suited Mikhail, and he couldn't really imagine the other boy without it.
Mikhail chuckled and blushed slightly. "Oh, thanks?" He said, making it sound more like a question. He was never good with compliments.
"You're welcome." Adrien took a bite of lasagna with a smile. Mikhail was wonderful. Beautiful. Genuine. "What place do you most want to visit?"
(casually already planning their wedding)
Mikhail shrugged and took a bite of his ravioli. "I don't know, probably Australia or something," He answered.
(Me too! How do you think Adrien'd look in a baby blue suit?)
"Really?" Adrien asked a bit appalled. Australia was so boring. "I'd be messing around in Japan. All their technology is so cool. I really want to see it wall for myself."
(oh lol. And idk, it'd make his eyes pop out)
Mikhail nodded. "That sounds better than Australia."
(Thanks, blue is totally his color. What would Mikhail wear?)
Adrien laughed. "Then why didn't you say you wanted to go there?" It didn't make much sense to him. Why not take some time to consider every place you want to go and then make a choice?
(Np. And I'm not sure, black???? idk)
"Because I never thought about traveling to a different place that much," Mikhail answered. He was usually busy with everything else.
(Maybe white? I think white would look cool on him.)
Adrien shrugged. "Fair enough I guess. What's your favorite creature? I like sirens personally, but I feel like I'm kind of biased towards sea-races since I'm a selkie and all."
(yesssssssssss)
"I actually also like sirens, I've always been intrigued by them," Mikhail smiled slightly, his eyes lighting up.
Adrien smiled, conjuring up a memory from years ago. "One time I was staying in the hospital with a siren girl. She sang for me. It was… beautiful."
"It's supposed to be," Mikhail replied.
