(it's all good my dude)

Elissa fidgeted slightly, uncomfortable in the crowd, but still intrigued by the strange man. A crowd did seem to be forming around the man and the thief, much to Elissa's anxiety. It appeared she was not the only one interesting by the display.

@PrettyLittlePyro

Elara noticed another young woman watching the strange man. This woman was yet another stranger, and she raised an eyebrow. There were a lot more strangers around than before, and she was curious. What was happening? The woman had black hair and green eyes, an unusual combination.

She strode over to the young woman, whose hair turned out to be brown, not black, she noticed. The girl seemed wary and anxious.

Elara leaned on the wall beside the woman. "So, the weird puppet guy caught your interest, too?" She crossed her arms and stared at the woman through haughty, amused eyes. The dagger in her belt was just begging to be stolen, so Elara watched for the right opportunity.

Elissa’s gaze darted to the young woman in front of her, her heart in her throat. Had she been found out? No, she had to be calm. For a moment she could almost feel her fingernails becoming claws, but with what she hoped was a discreet glance, she confirmed that they looked normal.

It took a moment for Elissa’s brain to catch up to what the girl said. “It’s quite a talent that he has, isn’t it?” she remarked blandly, studying the young woman. “He’s gathering quite a crowd.”

@ElderGod-Icefire

Peter let out a faint hum, glancing around the crowd. His gaze landed on two young women, one of whom seemed vaguely familiar. Perhaps he had seen her here before? That would explain it. He looked over at the man again, running a hand through his dark hair. He needed to get back soon. The letters his father sent him were tucked in his bag. He kept them with him whenever he left the Lost Boys; the Twins had a bad habit of going through everyone's things, and he didn't want anyone else seeing these letters and finding out his connection to Hook.

Oliver did notice a few eyes on him. Though he decided to not pay attention. He just went with the fact that he couldn’t care less if people knew about him or not.
After the officials got the thief, he retracted the strings back to his fingertips and left, sighing softly as he traced down the pathway. He wasn’t going to be introducing himself to anyone any time soon so might as well go somewhere else. If people could just ignore him… that was.
”Excuse me sir, would you like something in return to the deed you’ve done?” one of the merchants asked, wanting to return something to the man.
Oliver stared blankly at the man, shaking his head slightly and continued moving.
”Good sir, we would just like to tha—“
”Shut up…”
”Eh…?”
”I said—“ strings came out of his fingertips and tied tightly around the man’s neck ”—SHUT UP!” with the force of the strings, Oliver was able to break the man’s neck and sent him to an unconscious state.
He backed up slightly, turning and running away from the scene. Hopefully no one saw him.

@PrettyLittlePyro

"I agree. You know, I bet that he isn't as good at gathering a crowd as I am." Elara smiled at the girl, but it was a cold, dangerous smile, full of menace and promise… like a wolf. This girl clearly didn't know who she was, and that was okay. She would learn soon enough.

"Tell me, what brings a newby like you to my town?" Elara asked in an amused, coldly polite tone, eyeing the girl's dagger. Maybe she would steal it.

@MusicElle-is-here

Elissa swallowed, a shiver going down her spine at the coldness in the woman’s expression. It was all she could do to stay in human form, becoming increasingly panicked. “Y-your town?” she squeaked. “What is that supposed—“ She stopped talking as she noticed the man from earlier running. “Where’s he going?” She said this more in an effort to get the girl’s gaze—and focus—off of herself than for any real reason.

@PrettyLittlePyro

Elara rolled her eyes. "Who knows." She noticed several of her lackies in the crowd and jerked her head at the running figure, the puppet guy, motioning for them to follow him. "People always do weird things when they're on the run."

The words were specifically targeted at the woman she was talking to. From the way the woman acted and spoke, Elara was pretty sure that she was on the run. Not that she would tell anyone. If it didn't get her profit, Elara didn't give a damn about what other people did.

Hand streaking out in a blur, she lifted the knife from the woman's belt with barely more than a whisper of metal and slid it into her jacket. There. Now she had another pretty knife.

@MusicElle-is-here

“I’m certain that they do,” Elissa responded, growing increasingly uncomfortable. She had to think of a way out of this without drawing even more attention to herself. She hoped that her darting gaze wasn’t the obvious admission of guilt her sinking stomach told her it was. “It was wonderful talking to you, miss, but I really must be on my way.” She flashed a brief, uneasy smile at the woman, glancing over her shoulder. Please, please, please let this work as a goodbye, she begged internally. Please let her not have recognized me.

@PrettyLittlePyro

Elara chuckled at the woman's uncomfortable attitude and straightened. "It wasn't nice meeting me, but you can say whatever you want. Trust me, my feelings aren't easily hurt." She sauntered off.

The strange man with the strings that came out of his fingers seemed to be the most interesting, and so that was who she followed, at a slow, easy pace. One of her lackies ran to her.

"He… he knocked out one of the merchants. With his hands alone!" Then the man seemed to remember who he was speaking to. "Murderess, forgive me. I didn't mean to imply that your skill is inferior - "

Elara held up a hand, and the man stopped. "I don't care for your stupid prattling," she snapped. "Which way did he go?"

@MusicElle-is-here

Elissa heaved a sigh of relief, her stomach in knots. She took a deep breath, instantly calming a bit once the woman vanished. She walked at a brisk pace, unsure where she was going when she bumped into someone unexpectedly. She should have looked where she was going better, she mused as she tripped and nearly fell. “I’m so sorry!” she apologized, turning to look at who she had tripped over, brushing an errant lock of hair behind her ear.

@ElderGod-Icefire

(kk cool)

Tink chimed anxiously as Peter stumbled slightly, and he reached out to steady the person. "Woah, hey, it's fine." he replied, looking down at the figure. Oh. it's a girl. He realized, raising his eyebrows a little bit for a moment. "No harm done, don't worry about it."

@MusicElle-is-here

"Okay, sorry again, I wasn't looking where I was going," she responded, eyes darting around the marketplace. It seemed that she had gone and gotten herself lost, and not for the first time that day, either. She sighed. "Do you happen to know this place well? I think I'm lost." This man, or rather, this boy, seemed a lot kinder than the young woman that Elissa had just spoken to. Of course, that didn't mean that he wouldn't turn her in or try to hurt her, either. She should probably run away from him too, but it couldn't hurt to ask directions, right?

@ElderGod-Icefire

Peter ran a hand through his hair. "Oh– I don't really come here all that often. Only, like…every six months?" he screwed up his face as he thought for a moment. "Yeah, about every six months. But…where do you want to go? I might be able to help you." Tink crossed her arms, and let out a grumpy chime. He glanced down at his shoulder, where Tink was hidden beneath the cloak, then looked at Elissa again.

@MusicElle-is-here

"Oh," Elissa responded softly, biting her lip. Was it worth it to trust him? She didn't know, and every second that she hesitated could cost her. Just breathe, she told herself, taking a deep breath. "I'm not sure, just somewhere less crowded, I suppose. But you don't have to take me, I'm fine on my own. I just want directions." It was clear that Elissa wasn't fine on her own, but she didn't trust anyone, including this kind boy. Just in case, she felt at her hip for her knife, but to her surprise, it was gone! Her eyes widened, and she felt embarrassed instantly. God, this boy probably thought she was stupid or something.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Peter nodded. "Yeah, alright. Come with me." He replied, moving to lead her out of the crowd. His golden eyes flickered around, taking everyone in as he moved through the crowd. Tink chimed again, and he shushed her. "Tink, quiet." He murmured under his breath, hoping that this girl hadn't heard Tink.

@MusicElle-is-here

Elissa hesitated briefly before following him, hoping that she wasn't about to be killed in dark alley. If worst came to worst, Elissa was only barely holding it together, and could probably become a wolf with more ease than was safe to herself or her newfound companion.
Elissa heard a slight tinkling, but dismissed it as a bell from one of the shops. She had never heard a fairy speak, so she didn't know what it would sound like. She gripped her belt where her knife would be, forgetting for a moment that it had disappeared. She couldn't have dropped it, could she?

@ElderGod-Icefire

Peter led her out of the crowds, and over to a more secluded area of the market. "Is this better?" He asked, arching an eyebrow at her curiously. He adjusted his cloak slightly, letting out a breath and running a hand through his dark hair.

@MusicElle-is-here

"Much," Elissa responded, taking in another deep breath in an attempt to rid herself of her anxiety. "I would prefer somewhere where there's no one at all, but then I fear I might not find my way back." She chuckled nervously, looking at into the young man's eyes for a moment. "Thank you. You didn't really have to walk me here." She glanced around again before making herself stop. It had to look incriminating, the way that her eyes darted around, inspecting every corner.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Peter smiled lightly. "Ha– well, I don't have much else to do." He replied, hoping Tink didn't try and interject again. In this quieter area, she would give herself away if she did. "You're welcome, though. What brings you to this area?" He asked, squinting up at the sky for a moment. He estimated that he still had hours before he could return back to Neverland, since transit could only be done at night, when the stars were out.

@MusicElle-is-here

"Oh, I just, um, like to travel," Elissa lied, cursing herself internally for being a terrible liar. "I thought it would be nice to get away from my small town." That part, at least, had some truth to it. She combed her fingers through the ends of her hair, trying to decide what to tell this stranger. "What brings you here?" she decided at last, hoping that he wouldn't comment on her obvious lie.

@ElderGod-Icefire

He nodded, laughing a little. "Makes sense. I'm just here to pick up supplies. I don't live very close to anywhere like this, so I come here about every six months." He shrugged, smiling softly.

@MusicElle-is-here

“Supplies? What kind of place do you live in?” Elissa asked, suddenly curious. “If you don’t mind me asking, of course.” She almost smiled at the irony. She was prying into his life while telling him almost nothing about herself. Of course, the difference was that he wasn’t a wanted man. At least, Elissa didn’t think he was. Her anxiety was actually beginning to calm down.
