"Wolves? Kid, you better be careful." Dara shook her head incredulously. "Wolves are dangerous."
"Wolves? Kid, you better be careful." Dara shook her head incredulously. "Wolves are dangerous."
"Er, sometimes. You just need to know how to handle them, I think. Although I have been attacked by wild animals before…"
Becca smiled at Xander. "Hi." She said quietly. Midnight huffed, wanting Becca to pet her more. Becca put her hand back down on Midnight's head. "So what brings you guys by the park?"
"Oh yea, sure sorry I talk fast when I'm excited or nervous," Ace says, carefully pacing their words," So how have things been for you?"
"You sound crazy," she said, but she was still laughing. "A dog bit me one time and that was enough to make me hate dogs."
"Yeah, I think it was just a misunderstanding. Turns out, some bears are not too keen on listening. I still have a scar from that one time…"
"Better. Dealing with my parents' deaths was……………….very difficult."
"Yeah, I think it was just a misunderstanding. Turns out, some bears are not too keen on listening. I still have a scar from that one time…"
(HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.)
Xander held up his sketchbook. "I came out here to find things to draw."
"Misunderstanding," Dara repeated. "Misunderstanding? What was there to understand? He's a bear."
The dragon tightened its tail around Robin's throat, the boy having realized his mistake. "Um… n-nothing. On my part? I don't know, it… um…"
"I had nothing to do, I need a reboot, before today I had spent like a week in bed, hating myself, so going somewhere new was my reboot, so yea." Ace says.
"Don't tell me you were trying to befriend a vicious beast." Dara shook her head, tsking. "It's not my place to say. But it still could have killed you."
Becca nodded. "Nice."
"Er…" Robin was unsure how to respond, now distracted by the dragon as well. "I… I don't… yes? No?"
Xander looked at Midnight, then at Becca. "Could I pet your dog?" he asked.
Becca's smile became wider and Beni became smaller again. "Of course!!!"
Noticing his confusion, she let the subject drop. "Whatever. Anyway, i'm a biochemistry major. I was biology/premed, but I have a terrible bedside manner. I just stress people out." The snake-eel seemed to agree, wrapping its body around her chest again.
"Oh, fun I love dogs," Ace says in delight," I have a German Corgi, and a Golden Doodle, and they're adorable."
"I'm usually the one getting stressed…" Robin cast a glance at the dragon again, who tightened its hold as a response.
"I hope i'm not stressing you out," Dara said. The snake-eel coiled its body tighter around her stomach.
"I have two Corgis, a Beagle, and four cats at home. Along with a bunch of other animals. My family loves animals, and animals help deal with……………….'stuff' if you know what I mean." She said, not wanting to mention the demon-like things.
Xander reached down to pet Midnight. "Yeah, I have two cats at home, but I love dogs, too. That's another reason why I come to the dog park a lot."
"Yeah, I live with my wife and my boyfriend, and my boyfriend's therapy dog, Cinnamon, is our corgi, he needs like constant validation because of his past, and Cinnamon helps him with that, he's been getting better tho." Ace speaks, again, causing Infra to once again touch their shoulder causing them to tense their arm.
"I hope i'm not stressing you out," Dara said. The snake-eel coiled its body tighter around her stomach.
