There was a tentative knock on the door. A young, blonde haired girl stood outside. Oh my gosh, what if she's not here… it would all have been for nothing… oh, please be here…

Veda walked over and opened the door, a weary expression masking her face. "What do you want no–oh, sorry, I thought you were someone else. !at I help you?" She asked the girl at the door, not quite recognizing her.

"Odette! Thank goodness! You're here! You're alive!" Paige exclaimed, hugging Veda tightly.

Veda paused for a moment. Wait how does she know my–
"Paige?" Veda whispered. She engulfed the girl in a hug.

"You're alive, you're alive! I've been looking for you ever since- that day. I've never stopped looking."

"…What." Vivian turned and saw Veda hugging a girl. "…Am I dreaming? I have no idea what's going on… perhaps I should just go to sleep…"

Paige's eyes caught Vivian's. "Who's she?"

"Vivian, maybe you should stop sleeping." Veda said as she kept her arms around Paige, using one hand to close the door behind them. "This is Paige……my sister."

She blinked. "…What."

Paige shyly smiled and waved.

"Hello… so you're her sister…?"

"Viv… did she just say Oddette?" she said, coming up behind Vivian and standing next to her.

"Yes," Paige said to Vivian. She looked up and spoke to Veda. "I missed you. Where did you go?"

"I missed you too love. And as to where I was……..I honestly don't even know."

"Are you going to leave again?" Paige asked worriedly.

Veda shook her head. "No love, never again. Hey Abby! You're going to be late for work if you stay in there any longer!" She called.

Vivian turned to Kendra. "Oh. Yeah, now that I think about it, she did…"

Abby took a deep breath and emerged from the room to see Veda hugging a young girl and Vivian and Kendra standing nearby. "Uh, who's…"

"Not 100% sure Abbs. I guess we all need to sit down and have a chat about pretty much everything." Kendra said.

Abby checked her watch. "What about in five hours?"
