Vaneesa Went to kat and grabbed her by the neck slamming her to the ground.

Kate gasped before she blacked out.

¨C´mon lets go Brink¨ she said.

However, Kate was only out for a few seconds. She woke with a start, a sharp pain in the left side of her head. She pushed herself up and steadily aimed her gun at Vanessa. "We could've talked this out," Kate said tersely. "I will shoot you again, Vanessa. I don't want to, but you're giving me no other choice."

¨shoot me¨ she said.

"Vanessa…" Kate said levelly. "Please."

Vanessa opened up her arms.

Kate lowered her gun and put it back in her holster, shaking her head. "I'm not going to shoot you, Vanessa."

¨Why Kate I´m not leaving untill Brink is gone¨ she said.

"I can't shoot you," Kate said firmly. "I can't and I won't. I just want the Joker and Harley Quinn back in those cells and all will be forgiven."

¨well that´s not gonna happen for two reasons one Brink loves his parents and two there´s a bomb in there¨ she said.

"What bomb?" Kate asked through gritted teeth.

¨Oh crap¨ she said.

Kate turned and sprinted away, desperately running to where she knew Brink's parents had been. She reached Harley Quinn's cell and it was empty. It must've been in Joker's. Her heart beat nervously as she rushed to his cell.

Jay got out of his car and looked at Vanessa and Brink. "A bomb. Really?" He said then ran into the prison after Kate.

He nodded in confirmation "distraction." he said as he undid the straps on his parent's straight jackets. Once they were free he embraced them both "what did you two do?!" They looked at each other with a knowing smile "we might have tried to rob Gotham Casino….again" Brink smiled "did you try the vents?" he asked in curiosity. "Yea we did, and actually got pretty far, until your mother, decided to gamble and cheat on the slots. Then we got arrested." joker explained, smiling down at Harley. "No one knows how to have fun anymore," she whined. "Brink smiled at them both and hugged them again "Vanessa turn around, we're not leaving him in there."

Vanessa groaned "if I die"she said and ran into the building.

He ran after her "thought cats have nine lives?" he asked teasingly

"I've been shot"" she said as she raced farther into the building.

Kate stormed around the corner, right into the running duo. She was shocked for a split second before grabbing Brink's collar and slamming him into the wall. "Where is it?" she demanded.

Vanessa hissed. "hands off " she said as she stuck her claws in her back.

Jay walked past them down the hall and over to joker's cell.

he gave her a signature 'Joker smile' "where is it indeed?" Right now we have two options, we can keep arguing and chasing each other's tails, or we can work together for once and find the bomb," he smiled, loving the game. "I'm the only one that knows how to call off the bomb, if you want it off, let me, my family, and Vanessa go."

Vanessa froze "or take me let brink and his family go and you can take me" she said.

"you are not going anywhere," he looked at Vanessa pleadingly. "you let me and my family go, and I'll call off the bomb, no tricks, no jokes."
