Kendall laughed as she put the number in her phone. "I'll see you later, Brenna. G'night!"
Kendall laughed as she put the number in her phone. "I'll see you later, Brenna. G'night!"
(i gotta go for about 30 min. I'll be back)
(Kay)
"See you, Kendall. Have a good night! yourself, too!" She turned back to the door, repocketing her phone.
(Back again)
Putting her helmet on, Kendall waved then got on her bike. Looking back at Brenna's house one more time, she started her bike and sped off down the quiet street, making her own way home.
(yey! Wanna time skip?)
(sure!)
(Hmmmm HB we go two weeks?)
(works for me. have they seen each other in that time?)
(Sure i guess)
(do you mind doing it?)
(Hmmmmmmm sure)
Brenna was in her kitchen, bending down to take a look at what was in her fridge. Nothing. Ugh, I'll have to go out again.
Kendall was on her way to the grocery store near her apartment. She had about an hour and a half before she had to be at her first job, and she had to go home and change before she went there, so she had to be quick.
Brenna blew a faint raspberry. "I could just go to the grocery store."
So that's what she did. She put on jeans and a shirt, threw on her shoes and went out the door.
Pulling up in front of the store, Kendall put her helmet up and shook out her hair.
Okie dokie, let's make this quick. Don't have a lot of time…
She grabbed a basket and walked in.
Kendall swerved smoothly into the parking lot of her closest grocery store and got off, not bothering to take her helmet off, and grabbed a cart. What to get…?
(I'm so sorry but I've got to go to bed >.< I'm super tired)
(Awww okay.)
(I return once more)
Bread? Check. Milk? Hmm, not a good idea on the bike. Umm… Oh, yeah, I need some sugar.
Heading down the aisle, Kendall looked down to check her phone and thus wasn't paying attention, causing her to run into another shopper.
Brenna jumped and glanced down. "Hey get off you- KENdALL?"
Kendall blinked and looked up at the helmeted figure. "Brenna?!" she asked in surprise.
Brenna reached up and flipped the helmet off. "Kendall!"
Kendall grinned. "Hey, Brenna! How ya doin'?" she asked, looking up at her friend.
(Poof I reply fast)
Brenna grinned down at her's. "Doing good, how about you?"
"Decent, though a bit stressed," Kendall replied. "I should have waited to shop until after work."
Brenna chuckled. "That seems wise."
