Kam looked up Mr.Curtis with extreme hatred in her eyes "If i had known you had another child, i would've come back and adopted him myself." She spat

Bridgett remained in front of Jay in case Mr. Curtis decided to turn back. She was ready to jump at him if he started hurting Kam, though.

Jay stirred on the cot and opened his eyes. When he saw his parents standing in the room, his eyes went wide with fear and he fell off the bed, pulling the sheet off with him. He hid under the sheet, trembling. Mr. Curtis glared harshly at the nurse and Kam, but didn't do anything for the time being. A nurse tried to comfort Jay and coax him out so she could get him on the cot again.

Bridgett glared at Mr. and Mrs. Curtis. "Could someone also call social security? I'd like to speak with them." She said at last.
A nurse scurried out to do so.

(Currently wondering just how many nurses are in this room)
The nurse with Jay ended up being unable to calm him, so she just picked him up and lay him on the cot. Social security members arrived within ten minutes and were pointed towards Bridgett. Jay looked at Kam from afar, thinking that she looked rather like his parents and he couldn't quite figure out why. As far as he knew, he was an only child.

Bridgett nodded at the social security members and decided she'd speak with them in private for a few minutes. After requesting some regular security to protect Kam and Jay, she left the room with them to discuss the situation.

A few police officers arrived and arrested Mr and Mrs. Curtis on clear charges of abuse, based on what had been seen just in the past hour and the countless bruises and cuts on Jay's body. They were led out of the room and taken away before Bridgett returned.

"Jay? Can you come out from under the bed?" Kam said pulling the sheet off of him

(Great, I missed my chance. I'ma just put myself in.)

Allison watched them all leave the library. "I need Bridgett!" she thought to herself, before standing up and running out with them. She still remained behind them and was quiet. They were entering what appeared to be a hospital. She continued following them. Several nurses attempted to stop her, but Allison would continue to reply, "I'm with Bridgett." and following them. The instruments in the hospital were much more different than they were at home. Archaic and primitive knives and tubes to fix people, it was something that even hospitals in the ghetto of home would shudder to think of.

But she had to keep following them. Pretty soon she came across the room they went in. Allison waited outside, seeing Bridgett in the room. Allison would wait outside for Bridgett to come out.

Jay looked up at Kam, trembling. "Are… d-did they leave?" He had his knees drawn up to his chest, and pain was evident in his eyes. The IV had been ripped out when he fell, so he wasn't getting any of the pain medication.

"Yes they did." she replied "Why dont you come out so we can give you medicine to ease the pain?" she asked

"Okay…" Jay pulled himself to his feet and sat on the bed, flinching and tensing up when a new IV was poked into his arm. The needle pricked him several times before the nurse was able to get it into his vein, as he was very dehydrated and his veins were very thin.
