(Mh. . . to be fair about half of the northern continent is under Ÿdra's control, or will be soon. I'm willing to debate this in PMs, though. I do want to see exactly what Avhira can do, considering that if she's more powerful than Ÿdra, who has a fair bit of say in, you know, existance itself, I'm genuinely curious to see what Avhira is.)
(They are a dimension hopper, who is also a shapeshifter, who likes taking elven forms… and has existed in many universes. and is probably very old in human years, but ages slowly.)
(Yeah, sorry, I still don't think they're more powerful than Ÿdra or any of the other godly types-)
(their power is determined by their willpower. if they wanna save people, those people will be saved.)
(midnight is probably on of the most powerful, but nobody actually knows that bc she rarely shows how powerful she is)
(The fact of the matter is that Ÿdra is from beyond the Outer Planes where the Outer Gods reside. It's as simple as that, there's no really beating that. Even if she isn't particularly "powerful," she is literally not subject to the normal laws of the world. They literally cannot apply. There's no extra steps of being a dimension hopper, she literally just couldn't care less about anything, and therefore cannot be "beaten." But there's also the fact that, being from beyond the Outer Planes, she is inherently more powerful. A dimension hopper's power resides in the laws of the world they're currently in. Just because Avhira's a shapeshifter who's been alive for quite a long time now doesn't mean that she can simultaneously be bound and not bound by the laws of the current universe. Normal physics, such as friction, gravity and other things like that, still have to apply to Avhira. Those are all bonds she can't escape, though with magic she can at least loosen them. Willpower, or determination, mean nothing when you're still earthbound. If willpower was all it took to defy and ignore the basic laws of everything, humans would have long ago figured that out and we would already be playing god.)
(I feel like if everyone is claiming they’re the one of the most powerful, then really, no one is)
(And “powerful people” should be limited to a few as it was before. Ex. Gemma, Vis, Ÿdra)
(Just my opinion tho :)
(midnight is def less powerful than ydra, but she could still put up a good fight against her. def not beat her, but at least give her some good injuries. the kind that cant be healed. even by magic.)
(Anybody can put up a good fight with Ÿdra, that's the best part about her. It's not as though she's flawless. She bleeds red, and thickly, and is stronger from it. She can lose limbs permanently, and can be killed. But the best part is, she doesn't stay dead. Whether it's an hour or centuries, she always comes back.)
(what i meant is that midnight can give ydra injuries that will stay with her throughout her next lifetimes. permanent.)
(Even if Ÿdra isn't bound by physics or any of that, death applies, though not for long. And that's why it's possible to win, though with difficulty. Her "body" still resides in the outer reaches of the worlds, and can be found. She can die forever.)
(How long has this been a power of midnights cause this is the first I’m hearing about it ☕️)
(what i meant is that midnight can give ydra injuries that will stay with her throughout her next lifetimes. permanent.)
(Oh, I understand. I'm trying to confirm that. Anybody can hurt her.)
(forever. she just doesnt make it well known.)
(>what i meant is that midnight can give ydra injuries that will stay with her throughout her next lifetimes. permanent.)
(>Oh, I understand. I'm trying to confirm that. Anybody can hurt her.)
(oh ok)
(As far as we were concerned, outside and in the saga, she is a shapeshifter and a mage since she’s in chancla. So unless those injuries were achievable simply through learned magic,)
(I’m not trying to seem rude, but to me it looks like power-playing. Someone has a powerful character and someone else goes, “well mine can- [Insert random power that could defeat them]“)
(Cinnamon doesn't have powers lol)
duke had managed to slip away the moment via appeared and took Ÿdra's attention.
zie wound through the crowd moments from panic, zie choose a new disguise. as zie walked zirs hair grew long and dark, skin tone much paler and a third eye appeared on zirs forehead and seemed to have shrunk an entire inch. this would have to do for the next while. as zie got closer and closer to the wagon and everything with it, the words *'who did they know? how did they know?' were running through zirs head.
duke bustled hurriedly around, gathering everything in zirs wagon, then quickly decided to abandon it all together, only taking zirs pets and a few other things.
(Maybe Avhira was bluffing-)
(Aggressive stabbing to revive)
(So many people here have died- sobbing)
(Okay so what Imma do, since the second attempt at revivification failed, is say that Null, though she caused a lot of damage to everyone, ended up losing and disappearing at the end. Duke's betrayals were discovered, blah blah blah - everyone is working to rebuild. Now, I'm wanting to say that I'm the next big bad-)
Via, still barely known by the people of the realms, had done their best to protect the people, but had also sustained fairly bad injuries. They were healing quicker as certain animals, but they hated not being humanoid for long periods of time.
(It'd make sense in the end- the Primus de Pulvere Natus are a massive cult- their ultimate goal is to take the multiverse over)
Cinnamon, who had literally nothing to do with anything except for salad up until this point, built a bakery and started selling pastries and bread.
(👁👁 uh)
(cough anyway idk what Ame would be doin. Being depressed idk /j)
(don't judge them they have no idea what's been going on)
(I mean they kinda did leave so I don’t blame them 😔)
