She sighed softly "ness, you know we don't mind having you here. yes I know we can all be a bit..much…sometimes but that's just how we are. We can help ness, believe it or not we're not all bad. Mom is amazing in science and dad has a surprising good understanding in math. Brink and I well rounded in most things and we can help you with Cheer leading."
"I used to be a goody two shoes I wore pink and purple and floral dresses I was the kind of girl who dreamt of having a fairytale wedding I wanted to save the world" she said
"You used to be innocent. I was like that once too, when i was very young. mom was persistent when it came to that but i quickly found out just how far that innocence goes." SHe shook her head with a deep sigh "it stays with you though, all those wants and desires. For us it just takes a little tweeking and beating around the bush to fulfill them."
She looked at her " my brother has cancer"
"Benjamin? since when? she asked, pulling her to the couch and sitting her down
"No my little brother Vincent " she said
"How many family members do you have?!" jacks laughed softly before resting her hand on Ness' shoulder "have you seen him recently?"
"I have four brothers Vincent Victor Benjamin and Alex and yeah I've seen him but I doesn't matter I can't do anything I should probably go " she said "I have a few weeks to get this routine down"
Jacks followed her and gently took her arm "at least let me bring you there. YOu don't have to come back but at least let me drive you to the manor. I know Brink will chew me out if I just let you leave like that. Hell he's gonna be pissed that I let you leave either way but he knows that you can't be controlled."
She sighed " i need to talk to brink" she said with a sigh

"Brink you're going to be fine, it's just a date." Jack's reassured as her little brother paced the length tof he training room.
"Yeah and when have you ever know a Quinn to have a normal date?"
"Hey! ….your right but hey," she hopped down from the swing she had perched on and grabbed Brink by the shoulders "she's going to love it, even if it's not a normal date. It's still going to be fun."
Vanessa sighed looking at herself in the mirror flattening out her black dress with a lace collar and lace sleeves. She went down the stairs where she saw the joker and smiled brightly, her hair curled draping off her shoulders

Brinks father turned and nodded slightly, handing her a bag full of extra clothes. "You'll need these for later." He said, his smile widening before he retreated back into the basement training room.
She shrugged holding the bag of clothes and walked to the kitchen
Harley ran up the stairs from the training room they had in the basement and peeked into the kitchen. "Aren't you a sight! You look gorgeous Ness."
" thank you!" She said blushing lightly
She smiled lightly "Brink's almost ready, he'll be up in a few moments." She reassured
She nodded " okay" she said sitting down on one of the stools in the kitchen
Harley leaned against the counter, a soft smile crossing her pretty features. "If Brink is anything like his father, I can only imagine your first date will be interesting." She mused, taking a deep breath and gently squeezing Vanessa's shoulder "don't do anything I wouldn't." She winked and walked off towards the living room
