Charity copied what the other students were doing. She looked at her drawing. Was she supposed to turn this in? Hesitantly, she approached Sage.

Chris packed his things into an organized pile, and nibbles on his second Snickers, patiently awaiting for the bell to ring. It was frustrating for Chris to wait when he had nothing to do, so he rapped his fingers on his desk.
"Oh, hi Charity! you can just set that on my desk." He smiled warmly at her, "Sorry for the mess."
"Oh, um, okay," she said quietly. Slowly, she put down the paper, which let her drawing show. She turned away, embarrassed by her art.
(Who's gonna say when the bell rings..?)
(I dunno.)
(what kind of prophesy?)
(Basically, they have you go talk to Lucifer and the head angel. One turns them away (I'll give you one clue as to who) and the other accompanies them to find out, why so many people are disappearing from the school)
(So every one just gathers up and is like, hmm whelp let's go ask the people in charge about the missing people, and one's like, aww heck naw that's not my problem, and the other is like, meh sure why not, but It's going to be in riddle form.)
(Yep!! And yes THC it is like the education system lmao)
The sound of a ringing phone echoed in the classroom, Sage rolled over to answer, "Hello this is Sage, how may I help you.. Yep… umhum… Sir?" Sage looked up and met Manon's eye's, "I will do that, are you sure this is safe sir?" the blood drained from his face, "y-Yes sir not a problem." He hung up, "We've got a situation, Ivy, Charity, where's your sister, we're going to need her and the rest of the crew from this morning." He addressed Manon, "They asked me to ask them."
"Tell them to fuck off." Manon said, rolling her eyes.
(Its official, I am going to create a machine that brings characters to life just so I can become besties with Manon)
((She's the kind of person that calls her friends idiots and then turns around and pays for their entire meals or some shit. She's one of my favorite characters I've written.
(Lmao, she is legit me. I call my friends assholes and I ordered my friend cheesecake and popcorn chicken because she was sad. I told the Delivery dude to tell her it was a gift from me lol)
"I can't do that! That's my boss! Besides it's about the missing kids, and I-" Sage trailed off, "I feel responsible, I was the last person every single kid talked to before vanishing." His wings drooped, and he held his head in his hands for a few moments before looking back up, "Haven't you wanted us to just go straight to the big guys for change anyway, you can come with me."
"The 'big guys' can suck my dick, but fine. Only because you look pathetic." Her tone was flippant, but didn't match the softer look in her eyes.
Sage rubbed his eye's, "Thank you, I need tea, Ugh, I hate late nights, do you have any idea how long it takes to grade assignments fairly." The classroom began to empty, as rotation between classes started, "I have a free period! Heck yes." He stood up, "Ladies care to join me for a quick trip to the Angels lounge then up to talk to the head angel, then down to talk to well you know who?"
"It is 2019, Sage. You can say Lucifer. Or you can call him Lucy, if you are not a coward." She stood, stretching languidly and flashing a shark-toothed(ha) grin, and grabbed her jacket off the back of the chair she had been sitting in.
Ivy groaned and stood up "fine."
Laelyn flickered into view. "Can I come?" she inquired with an animated look in her eye.
"2019 or not, remember what century I grew up in? Speaking openly wasn't quite as accepted as it is now." Sage stood up, "Alright lets be off yes Laelyn you can come with." he pushed open the door, "Les go."
(okay so i haven't replied in a while and i apologise for that)
Michael saw Sage walking with Manon and a girl he recognized as Laelyn and walked towards the group of people. They looked a little worried. "Hey. Is- is- is something up?" he asked.
"Sage says he got a summons from the men in charge. I am just going along to fuck shit up." Manon replied, in the process of braiding her hair.
"Hello, Michael." Laelyn smiled timidly. "And Manon, stop being an asshole."
"Make me." She shot back.
Laelyn's temper flared and her aura shot up around her. Wings trembling, her eyes turned to pitch, absolutely black.
Willing her aura to turn solid, a panther materialized by her side.
Manon rolled her eyes, not at all concerned. "Ah, yes. Terrifying."
