"Huh, we were? I thought that was Cielo. . ." Leah sighed, looking up at Kameo who was in the mast. She didn't dare go up. Ever since she was little, she had always been terrified of heights and drowning. Ironic since she was the captain of a ship.
Morrigan froze. Stupid Morrigan. “Yes.”, she admitted quietly, keeping her eyes on the floor. “I forgot to wash it.”
(Sorry, had to help my mom with something!)
Lucian nodded and set the knife back on the desk. “Yes, well luckily you did. Tell me, have you cut yourself since I saw you last? And don’t lie to me Morrigan, friends don’t do that to each other,” he said, a smile on his face.
"Why yes, Mr. Seagull, I did blow you away with my amazing tricks!" Kameo grinned, "But that wasn't even my best!" he threw all of his cards into the sky and caught every single card in one motion.
Leah chuckled as she watched Kameo talk to the seagulls. She turned back towards Joanna and grinned. "Anything else?"
(No problem)
Sh*t. Morrigan was trapped. After a few seconds of silence, she gave up. “Yes.”, she whispered.
"Nope, it's Trieste. Now I know I'm not the boss of you, but I recommend not drinking."
He winked, "That wasn't my best either. In fact, my best is this." Kameo placed his cards in a stack and covered them with his hat. He took off the hat, exposing a small baby duck. "Ha!" he smiled and waved the hat back over, turning the duck into a stack of cards again. "And through all of this, you haven't noticed that I've stolen one of your feathers!" Kameo pulled out one of the seagull's feathers from his hat and took a small bow.
"I can always count on you to control me." She replied, winking at Joanna. "It was only a couple sips." Leah said, assuring her.
“Can you show me where?” Lucian asked Morrigan in a soft tone.
Defeated, Morrigan gestured to her stomach. “It’s— it’s here, I’d rather not…”
He climbed down the mast and watched the seagulls fly away. Sighing, Kameo rushed over to Captain and waved.
"Are there any good bars in Sole or is it just churches?"
"Mmhm. K. How bout you go sleep it off while I take care of any remaining bottles?"
"A few. Usually illegal, but it's fun." Leah laughed as she saw Kameo run over. She turned back towards Joanna. "I might just stay out here for a little. You can go 'clean' out my room."
Lucian exhaled and nodded slowly. “Where on your stomach, and how deep?” He asked, wanting to make sure she didn’t injure anything major.
"Maybe I'll be able to dust off my poker skills." he smiled and tightened his ponytail.
"How's Morrigan?"
"Good. . ." She sighed, looking towards the sea. "I think she's with Lucian. They would be quite the couple, though." Leah grinned.
"Thanks, Cap." Joanna made her way down to Leah's room. After searching a bit, she found a couple of bottles. Inspecting one of them, Joanna realized she could probably use it to cook. The other one however, was definitely going down the drain.
Kameo laughed, "They would. And so would you and Daso. I guess me and Jo-Jo are the only ones left out, huh?"
( What should happen when they get to Sole? )
Leah blushed a little at the mention of Daso. She suddenly wished that she had brought her hat to shadow her face at least. "Quite left out. I'll see what I can do for you and Joanna." She said, winking at Kameo.
"No way, I'm gay. And I do not plan on giving up my rainbow jacket anytime soon." Kameo backed away, squinting.
"Don't worry. We'll find you someone else." She laughed, leaning against the edge of the boat.
Lucian exhaled and nodded slowly. “Where on your stomach, and how deep?” He asked, wanting to make sure she didn’t injure anything major.
“Right below my rib cage, less than an inch deep. Not deep enough to puncture an organ.”
"I don't want someone else." he pretended to swoon, "My bombs are the only one for me."
(Sorry I disapoofed, a friend called)
