“Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get treated!”
Lucian disinfected the cheese knife, but he didn’t bring it to the kitchen quite yet. He checked his stocks for a few minutes, then left his office to go find the capitan. He couldn’t find her anywhere, so he went to where the captains quarters were and knocked on the door. “Captain? It’s Doctor Grant, I have a quick question, if you aren’t busy,” he said in his usual professional sounding tone.
"I'd really rather die." Kameo brushed away some of his long, black hair. "Not really. I plan to to steal some money from Lisbet Klandestine and then live a happy life on my own personal island as a happy, rich, fat man."
"Huh?" Leah called out. "Oh, yes, Doctor Grant. Please come in." She ran a hand through her ginger hair and slipped her Captain's hat on. She blinked a few times, trying to shake off the alcohol's effects.

“Fun.” She relaxed her back wings slightly. “Not even a bit of painkillers?”, she wheedled.
Lucian stepped in, shutting the door behind him. He looked the Capitan over, giving her a knowing look, but he didn’t say anything about the stench of alcohol. “When will we be docking next?” He asked.
"Docking. . ." She closed her eyes for a second, trying to remember where they were going. "Sole in two more days."
"To quote my mother, 'Suck it up, Darling. Pain is for weaklings."
Morrigan snorted. “In that case I must be weak as hell.”
"But that's just my mother." Kameo ran a hand through his hair, "And she was a real Tough Love person." he laughed, "My dad was way different."
Lucian nodded slowly, rubbing his jaw. “Alright. Do you think one of your men could fetch some gauze, thread,” he paused for a moment, considering his options before continuing, “and sleeping pills?”
“I don’t remember my mom, and my dad…..” she looked away. “Have any siblings?”, she changed the subject.
"No." he frowned and then smiled, "Let's talk about you. Any crushes? On anyone? In this ship? Like..I don't know….a certain boy….starts with an L…"
"Gauze, thread, sleeping pills. On it." Leah replied, nodding. She looked down at her boots, her gaze faraway and her ginger hair falling around her face. "Is Daso doing alright? With all of his cuts and injuries. . ." She added on, looking up at Lucian.
( "LUCIAN" Leah shouts from across the ship. )
"No." he frowned and then smiled, "Let's talk about you. Any crushes? On anyone? In this ship? Like..I don't know….a certain boy….starts with an L…"
Morrigan went red. “I- I don’t know what you’re talking about.”, she stammered out.
(Lmaooo seriously tho)
“I really don’t know,” Lucian responded with a shrug, frowning. “He never came to me about them, I wasn’t aware of those injuries.”
"Me neither. Never do." He pulled a rubber band from his wrist and tied his hair into a ponytail. "Just wondering."
Morrigan averted her eyes, cheeks still flushed. “Of course you were. Also don’t you dare tell him or I will gut you where you stand.”
Leah nodded, looking towards the papers on her carved desk. She turned back towards Lucian, studying him. "Is there anything else that you needed?"
"I don't think you could do that." he put his hands on his hips and grinned, "Of course I won't tell. You were my sole confidante when I was falling in love with Ace."
( Damn. . . 'gut you where you stand.' xD )
(Lol)
Morrigan bit her lip, resting her hands in her hips and rocking back and forth on her heels. “Thanks. I’ll figure something out.”
“No, thank you,” Lucian said, giving a quick nod. He turned on his heel and walked from the room, running a hand through his hair. When he got to his office, he shut the door behind him and exhaled sharply. He picked up the empty sleeping pill bottle, growling in a frustrated manner as he tossed it across his medical office. He sunk down in his desk chair, head tipped back and eyes shut.
"You do that." Kameo saluted and walked away before collapsing to the ground and blacking out. He got up seconds later, yelling that he was fine.
