"I was sleeping, and I don't know who Lucian is! What happened here?!" He screamed again.

Daso scowled at him. "The doctor, genius. Lucian is the doctor." It was getting harder and harder to focus. "We're being attacked by a ghost ship."

"GHOST SHIP?! Wha…but….how? Nevermind, don't answer that." Ryan rubbed his forehead. "I haven't seen the doctor, no."

"Okay, you're helpful," Daso mumbled. He looked around, his eyes struggling to see through the chaos. "Um, I think I see Joanna and Cicada. Cicada looks hurt. Go."

"But what-nevermind." Ryan shook his head, running over to Joanna and the girl that threatened him, Cicada.

Daso realized he didn't see Leah anywhere. Not on the deck, not anywhere around. Trying to keep himself from panicking, he hurried to the sides of the boat, looking for her.

(He tries)

Lucian grabbed onto the rope with one hand, holding onto Lean with the other. “Can I get some help?!” He called above the storm, really hoping someone could hear him, though he was doubtful.

Daso whirled around. He could've sworn he heard Lucian's voice. He hurried towards the side of the boat, leaning down. He could barely see them, but their outlines were visible against the waves. "Lucian?" He called, already starting down the rope towards them.

Joanna slipped an arm around Cicada. "Okay Cada, let's get you to the infirmary."

“Daso! Can you help me with her?” Lucian called back, the rope digging into his palm.

Ryan ran up to Joanna and Cicada. "Do you need help? That boy over there told me to help you guys."
(Ryan has no clue what he's doing oml)

"I got her," Daso said, reaching out for her. The rope dug into the gash in his hand, and his grip made it feel like his shoulder was tearing out of its socket, but he ignored the pain.

Lucian half lifted Leah up to Daso with a grunt, pulling himself up out of the water to grip onto the rope.

(I kind of want Ryan to get hurt because he hasn't yet but honestly everyone is suffering right now so maybe not)

(Lmao we may need one okay person, I’m just going to give Lucian a cold or something because of being in the water, he hasn’t suffered yet either)

Daso held Leah on his back, using his injured arm to hold her and his good arm to climb. He figured holding Leah with his bad arm would force him to ignore the pain. Clenching his teeth, he started the climb upwards, back towards the deck.

Lucian began to climb as well, a bit behind Daso. The ropes dug into his palms, and he knew he would have burns on his hands.

Reaching the top, Daso carefully lowered Leah onto the deck before turning and helping Lucian up.

Joanna helped Cicada to the infirmary and rushed back out on deck.

Lucian climbed over the rail with Daso’s help. “Thanks,” He said, feeling freezing from the water. He walked over to the body of the “woman”, ripping a scalpel form it’s chest. He walked back over to Daso quickly. “You need to get her to the infirmary, or at least start on CPR. I don’t know how long she was down there,” he said as he turned quickly, slashing open the throat of a zombie harshly.

Ryan stood towards the middle of the ship, looking frantically around. "Too much chaos…" He mumbled to himself his breathes shaky. "There's too much happening at one time. Too much…"

"CPR, got it," Daso repeated, placing his hands over Leah's chest and beginning compressions. He gazed down at her pale face. She looked peaceful. It was startling. "Leah, please, wake up," he whispered, continuing the CPR desperately.

Lucian looked over and saw Ryan standing around, looking dazed. “Hey, kid! Get back below deck!” He shouted, clothes splattered with dark blood.

Ryan turned around at Lucian's-That's his name, right?-voice. "No…no I have to help!"
(new character quirk: Ryan always feels like he needs to help somehow in stressful situations, but it often overwhelms him)
