(DASO YOU'RE NOT DOING ANYTHING IMPORTANT SAVE KAMEO!)
The first zombie ran towards Leah, but in one easy swing he crumpled to the ground. The fog crept onto the boat until she couldn't see 5 feet in front of her. More zombies charged at her and she was barely able to keep up with the speed of the attacks. At once, they all stopped and a figure began to slowly walk through the mist.
(oH SHOOT TRUE ONE SEC LEMME EDIT)
"Th-they're here," was all Cicada could manage to say.
"Whose here?" She asked.
One bullet wasn't enough for the zombies. The gun wasn't fast enough. Daso hurried back, falling against the side of the boat as zombies cornered him. as he was struggling to keep them at bay, he spotted a struggle in the ocean out of the corner of his eye. A zombie? No, he looked closer. "Damn it, Kam-Kam," he mumbled before he threw himself into the water.
Cicada couldn't say anything. It was too much for her, and her heart. They couldn't be here. She weakly pointed to the figures of her old crew.
The name rang a bell. Ghost ship. Hadn't Caspian said something about it before he left the Crygs?
(Oh btw, we're going to run into Leah's old crush. . . fun times )
Caspian?
( Ayyyee Caspian. Don't worry he's different though )
Kameo sank to the very bottom, barely able to keep his eyes open as his lungs were being crushed with water. This is how I'm dying…I didn't even say bye.. A shark floated nearby, hungry for blood.
The shark reared up, ready to take a bite and although it was the ocean, Kameo's eyes filled with tears. I'm too young to die.
(DON'T YOU DARE KILL KAM KAM.)
(#KAMEOSHOULDLIVE)
BANG. Daso's bullet fired directly into the shark's eyeball. It reeled back. Tossing his pistol aside, he grabbed Kameo. "Can you hear me? We have to get back to the boat!"
Cicada couldn't say anything. It was too much for her, and her heart. They couldn't be here. She weakly pointed to the figures of her old crew.
Joanna peered at the figures. "I don't who you're seeing honey, but that ain't them. C'mon now." She helped Cicada to her feet.
Cicada stood weakly and picked up her daggers. She thought she was over this by now. Her voice was faint, "O-Okay."
Black. Black. Black and death. The shark reared back and closed in, closing down on Kameo's leg.
The figure stepped in front of Leah and she was barely able to register that it was them. The same deep blue eyes churning like the ocean below. The same messy brown hair. "Caspian?" She finally managed to say, lowering her weapon.
"Leah!" The boy grinned, stepping closer to her. Something was off, but she couldn't stop staring. "A captain now?"
"I-. Y-yeah. A captain." She said, yelling at herself to break out of the trance. But she couldn't.
"I'm surprised. You've always been so weak." Caspian raised his weapon, slashing at her. Leah barely dodged the attack, rolling to the ground and pulling her sword up again.
Joanna gave her shoulder a reassuring squeeze. "Alright then, you take the ones on the left, I take the ones on the right?"
(So are they just taking the appearance of dead people? Because I thought Cicada's friends were buried.)
"Damn it!" Daso said again, beating the shark with his fists. "Let him go!" He gritted his teeth and pulled, keeping his arms tightly locked around Kameo.
(Is Kam Kam going to lose a leg?)
(So are they just taking the appearance of dead people? Because I thought Cicada's friends were buried.)
(That's at least what it was for Cicada. She thought she saw her old friends because she's been thinking about them a lot as of recently.)
"Sounds good," Cicada shook her head sinking her daggers into the nearest zombie to the left.
(Okay.)
As Joanna bashed a particularly ugly one, she heard a voice. "Anna. Anna, it's me." She turned to see something resembling her brother, Jordan.
"Caspian. Stop, please." Leah gasped, pulling herself up. She tried to swing at him, but she knew that she couldn't hurt the boy she had known since twelve. He continued to walk towards her, his sword glowing in the sudden darkness of the fog.
"Weak. You can't even fight anymore, Leah." He sighed. "A pity that I'll have to kill such a pretty face."
"Don't call me that." Leah growled, stepping further away from Caspian, urging herself to use her sword. She tried to distance herself further, but she had already reached the edge of the ship.
"You don't even let people call you Leah anymore? Too scared to hear it out loud?" He swung at her again, missing her skin by an inch.
Cicada spun around and stabbed a different one. Each with deadly accuracy.
