Aaron squinted at Lucian, considering this. His grip on the knife tightened. “Fine.”, he said slowly.

Lucian tucked the scalpel away and took out the small bottle of morphine and the syringe. He stuck the syringe in and filled it completely with morphine. “This is definetly enough to be a lethal dose.”
Cicada was impressed with Lucian. He basically just threatened a man with something very non leathal.
Aaron studied it, the effects of the bottle of whiskey he’d had earlier clouding his judgement. Morrigan could smell the alcohol on his breath and prayed that Lucian would get this right, knowing her punishment later in would be worse if he was drink.
“Now, are you going to actually allow me to give this to you, general?” Lucian asked, a brow raised as he held the thin syringe.
( Sorry if I'm not on for a little while, I'm making something for my other rp. )
Aaron paused. “No. You object her.” His words were becoming slightly slurred, and Morrigan could tell he was becoming more and more drunk by the second. He’d probably taken some sort of drug to delay the effects of the alcohol. Please let this work!!!!
Cicada wanted to clap, but she couldn't otherwise she would be spotted.
*inject her
(Alright!)
Lucian shrugged his shoulders loosely and approached the pair. He did a double check on the dosage, then looked at the man. “I can’t get to the artery on her neck with your hand in the way,” he said simply, brows furrowed.
Aaron shifted his hands to Morrigan’s waist, letting her take in a large gulp of air. Lucian.”, she croaked. “Please don’t do this.” She pretended to plead with him, elation soaring.
(Wow, twist)
Lucian’s lips pressed into a tight line. “I’m sorry, Morrigan. The crew needs me, it’s not worth it,” He said, and even though he had to say it for the act, it pained him to. He was right in front of them now, and he tilted Morrigan’s head to the side, angling the tip of the needle to her throat. Suddenly though, he jerked her roughly to the ground and out of the way, jabbing the needle into the man’s throat instead. He injected it quickly and kicked the man harshly in the chest to send him stumbling back. “Doesn’t matter how much morphine you use, when reacting with alcohol, it’s been known to cause quick, long lasting heart attacks,” he hissed sharply.
OH SNAP! Cicada thought. She decided now was better than never to jump down and greet the two, "Hello ladies and sir general from hell."
Lucian quickly pulled Morrigan to her feet, arms around her in a tight, protective grip. He looked over at Cicada for a quick moment. “The hell have you been? Were you here the whole time?”
Morrigan fell to the ground, clutching at her throat. She quickly got to her feet, though, still shaking. “Thank you. So much.”, she croaked to Lucian. “We need to run. He has followers.”
"I was watching the whole thing from the roof," Cicada looked at him, "You had it under control."
Lucian gave a nod to Cicada. “I don’t know how that managed to work, he’s bloody dim. But Morrigan’s right, we have to get back to the ship.”
People’s heads began to turn. “Guys..”, Morrigan rasped urgently, waves off relief crashing against her.
"Let's go then," Cicada looked up towards the roofs, "Can either of you climb very well?"
Morrigan’s legs shook under her, and she almost collapsed. “I don’t thibk so.”, she said weakly.
“I can, what are you planning?” Lucian asked quickly, glancing around. He felt pleased to see the man on the ground, seemingly gasping to get air into his lungs.
Morrigan stared at the unconscious form of her father, hardly believing she’d escaped. All because of Lucian’s quick thinking. She trembled underneath his arms.
"You can carry Morrigan," Cicada smirked, "And we're going to be taking the fun way back to the ship."
In one swift movement she left the streets and hopped up top the roofs of the city. She gestured for the others to follow her lead.
Lucian helped Morrigan to get onto his back before following quickly after Cicada, pulling himself up onto a roof with a grunt.
"Great," Cicada looked at the two of them, "Now I'll lead you two back to the ship along one of the safer routes."
