Looks: average height, mid-back length frizzy gold hair, big dark eyes, tanned, clear freckles all over her face. She's wearing a black summer dress with a print of blue flowers and white converses, along with a leather shoulder bag.
Personality: Her defences are always up, so she can come across as sharp and rude most of the time, while really she has a soft heart. She takes a long time to warm up to someone, but when she does she's sweet, thoughtful, funny, nice, very smiley
Power: Atmoskinesis
Origin: she just woke up on day with powers, no one knows how or why so she was kicked to the curb
Other: a dedicated fangirl in every category: tv shows, movies, books, musicals, plays… you name it

-Citizen: 5'8, is 116 lbs., has long and wavy hair colored a green ombre (dark green near the scalp to a lighter green at the ends), big, dark green eyes, very pale skin and lots of freckles, always wears a sweatshirt with either jeans or leggings.
-Villain: Long white hair with half in a braided crown, dark mechanical wings, black dress that turns to fire (can change to a skin-tight body suit when she needs to melee fight), a black mask with fire at the ends, black gloves.
Personality: When shes a citizen she is kind and fun to be around unless someone crosses her, then she blows up. When she is a villain, she is the same.
Power: She can fly (thanks to her mechanical wings) and can create and manipulate fire.
Origin: When her father set his own home on fire with Skylar (3-years-old at the time) and his wife in it, Skylar didn't have a burn on her. Her mother died in the fire, so she swears to get vengeance on her father and anyone associated with him and anyone associated with them, and so on.
Other: Isn't a hero, is a villain. Other information will be discovered as we go on in the RP

Looks: ombre brown hair, pale green eyes, pale tan, 5"6, usually wears beanies and plaid, when a superhero she has a dark blue suit that zaps with electricity
Personality: sassy, sarcastic, loyal, funny
Power: harnesses energy (like energy balls and stuff)
Origin: on a school excursion to an invention fair, an invention backfired while she was in it and she got the power to control energy

Looks: Long blonde hair; bright, vivid green eyes. (as halcyon, her disguise includes a brown wig and her eyes are concealed)
Personality: Very perceptive and observant, in part due to her upbringing (raised by telepathic superhero with military training) but also due to her major, which is psychology.
Power: Telekinesis
Origin: Given her powers as a baby as an experiment by a prominent research company. The serum, which gave her her powers, was also given to 49 other babies, of which only 7 survived. In addition, the serum was also administered to 50 trained agents, of which 10 survived. (Of these 10, one had telepathic powers, and ended up raising Andrea.)

Power: Can Shape-shift into animals, Eyes change color according to feeling
Origin: She was Born with her powers but only learned to use them when she was 13, hides her ears and tail because people don't usually except her
Other: She was not born in this realm(earth)

Halcyon sat at the edge of the roof, staring intently at the street below her. Since it was almost midnight on a Tuesday, it was completely empty, though the tingling at the back of her neck told her it wouldn't be for long.

Sure enough, less than five minutes later, a group of men crept towards one of the stores lining the street, clearly up to no good.

Halcyon straightened. Making sure her brown wig was tightly affixed to her head, she jumped off the three-story building, using her telekinetic power to land safely and without a sound.

And just like that, she was ready to fight against the criminals.

Personality: Kind, professional, can be shy at times, protective, quiet, polite, loving
Power: Shapeshifting/shadow-magic
Origin: He was a rare race of shadow creature, existing with time and beging the reflection of someone (his twin sister). He keeps his powers a secret, but can be clumsy at times and let it out.
Other: He is completely mute, and has to use sign language to communicate with others or has to write on a piece of paper if they do not know sign language. This can be stressful at times when people dont understand what he is trying to say. He also tends to get terrible sunburns, being very sensitive to sunlight.

Xander walked along the sidewalk, the hood to his jacket up and his head low despite the heat. His bottom lip was split open from a fight he had just been in, and he occasionally spit out blood that dripped into his mouth into the grass.

Skylar walked home from her part-time job, she looked up at the moon. Soon, she thought, Soon I won't have to do this anymore. She walked into her tiny one-story house. Skylar sighed and jumped into bed without eating or changing from her uniform. She glanced at the clock next to her bed, 12:17 already? As soon as her eyes closed, she fell asleep.

Looks: tall, short dark brown hair (though it may as well be black), blueish-grey eyes, and tanned skin. He's wearing a purple tee under a black coat that goes down to his knees, green cargo pants, and black sneakers.
Personality: He's social and often talks to anyone and everyone around him. He isn't open to trying new things, and likes to stick with the stuff he knows.
Power: water generation
Origin: He lead a pretty normal life until one day when he was driving his younger brother to school. The driver behind them wasn't paying attention and crashed into Luca's car, harming him and killing his brother. He didn't speak to his family for months afterwards, believing that the crash was his fault. About a month ago, he finally opened up to them again. Luca recently discovered his power and has now blocked out his family again, afraid that something else will happen.
Other: He loves martial arts and combat, but he never plans on using what he knows

Luca groaned and leaned back into his chair. "Come on.." He mumbled to himself, concentrating as much as he could. A tiny drop of water formed on his hand. He gritted his teeth and focused as much as he could, until the drop sunk back into his hand like it was never there. He sighed. Maybe he should take a break from all this water power stuff.
He made his way over to the window next to his bed. Luca leaned against it, letting himself view the world below his family's apartment.

Xander slipped off the main road and into an alleyway. He took his hood off, leaning back in a patch of shadows.

Cece lies on her bed with her laptop, reading about cases of energy powers. The laptop's battery signal flashes, telling her she needs to charge it. She lifts it up and puts her hand on the bottom, watching as the battery charge goes up. Sighing, she puts the laptop down again and continues researching.

Luca tapped his fingers against the window rapidly. Who was he kidding, there was nothing interesting to look at. The window in his room faced the edge of another apartment complex and the alley next to it.
He tried to calm himself down, but it was useless. All he could think about was the power he discovered a few weeks ago. What even was this? As far as he knew, this kind of thing only existed in the books his dad made him read. He leaned back in his seat and tried to control the water again. And again. And again. Luca held his face in his hands as he leaned forward, groaning: "This is worthless."

Skylar slammed the button on her alarm clock. She looked at the alarm clock sleepily. 3 A.M. She rolled out of bed, slamming her head on the bedside table. She didn't want to do this today. She pulled herself off the floor and changed into something more presentable. Skylar jogged into the dark alley where the note she had found told her to go.

Fresh air. That's what he needed. Luca grabbed his coat from the hook on the back of the door and slipped it on as he slumped into the living room. His mom looked up from her laptop.
"Where are you going Luca?"
"Just outside. Wanna get some fresh air."
"Alright, that's fine."
He waved goodbye and opened the door to leave. His mom called out after him.
"Did you do your homework?!"
"Yeah." He lied as he shut the door and made his way down the hallway.

Skylar leaned against the building and was surprised when she saw someone walk down the abandoned street. "Hey!" she called, "Were you the one who wanted to meet me here?"
