North stumbled out of his apartment to a group of people/other things in the doorway of one apartment (i think). "Does anyone have any…any.." He waved his hand in the air trying to figure out what he wanted to say, "Um. W-water? Water would be great…but I can't seem to find…" He collapsed onto the floor.
