Simon let out a chuckle at the sight of his boyfriend, though his cheeks were clearly flushed. “You look so tiny in it… Sorry.. It’s adorable though..”
Simon let out a chuckle at the sight of his boyfriend, though his cheeks were clearly flushed. “You look so tiny in it… Sorry.. It’s adorable though..”
“Adorable, huh?” Kaye hummed, a small smile crossing his face when he looked up towards Simon. The hoodie sort of did make him appear a lot smaller than he was, the sleeves hanging a little over his hands and the hem reaching mid thigh, though he found himself very comfortable in the material.
Crossing the room, Simon put his arms around the other man. “Extremely.” Flushing, he pressed a kiss to his temple. “It’s very endearing to see you in my clothing.”
“Well, your clothes are very comfortable,” Kaye replied, leaning against the other man as they kissed his head. “And so are you.” At this point, all he wanted to do was cuddle with Simon, even sleep with them in the most innocent way…just sweet things. Most of Kaye’s past relationships had been rough, though this one seemed to be a bit softer…something he wasn’t very used to yet, but very willing to try.
Simon have a soft smile, resting his chin on the top of Kaye’s head. “Can we— can we cuddle. Agh, I can’t belive I actually said that. But can we?” He bit his lip, right wing his hold on the other man.
“Yeah…I’d love to,” Kaye nodded, pausing hesitantly as he glanced up towards Simon. Did the other man— his boyfriend now— really want to cuddle? With him?
Simon’s face broke into a huge, ridiculous grin. “Oh thank god, I was afraid you’d say no.” He sat back on the bed and crawled under the covers, motioning for Kaye to follow.
Kaye laughed and got into the bed as well, immediately moving closer to Simon, one of his arms slinging across the other man's waist. "Aw, you're so cute when you smile," he murmured, noticing the broad grin on Simon's features.
Simon’s blush deepened as he angled his body to bury his face into Kaye’s chest. “I think you have me mistaken for you,” he mumbled, voice muffled by the large sweater.
"No, no. You're definitely the cute one," Kaye murmured, his arms wrapped around Simon's waist, tugging the other even closer. It surprised him how flustered Simon seemed to be, his smaller frame hugging his taller and broader boyfriend, though part of him liked it .
“Agree to disagree?” Simon snuggled closer beneath the covers, tucking his nose into the crook of Kaye’s neck.
Kaye laughed, his thumb tracing over the small of Simon’s back. He loved holding them this close, especially when the other man— his boyfriend now— was the one being held. “You’re the cutest person here,” he murmured, tucking a small kiss into the crook of Simon’s neck and his ear.
Simon pressed closer still, a warmth spreading through his chest. The need to be touched, to be held, had lain semi-dormant and ignored inside of him for so long, that all of a sudden he was craving contact, Kaye's contact. "I—" He faltered, biting his lip. "I really, really like this. And you. I really like you too."
A small smile crossed Kaye’s face at the sound of those words, continuing to press a few sweet, light kisses. “I really like you too,” He murmured against Simon’s skin, his hands brushing up and down the other man’s sides and waist. He knew a bit about cuddling, and since his boyfriend had seemed a little wary at first, he might as well take some of the reigns.
Simon let out a barely audible sigh of contentment, his shoulders relaxing completely as Kaye worked his expert hands and mouth. "This is– This is nice," he mumbled, letting his eyes drift shut as to become more aware of every place he was touched. His own hands went to Kaye's waist, rubbing slow circles just below his ribcage.
Kaye murmured something practically inaudible against Simon’s skin, the noise coming out as some sort of hum. He continued to press light kisses against their neck, and after a few moments, he tentatively lifted the hem of his boyfriends shirt up, tracing their skin along their waist— only a sweet gesture…not asking for anything more than contact. He wasn’t sure how the other would react…but it was worth a try.
Simon suddenly stiffened, fear flickering beneath his expression. Calm down! he ordered himself, It's just Kaye. You're fine. You're safe. Forcing his body to relax, he stayed completely still, keeping his eyes firmly shut.
"Are you– should I stop..?" Kaye murmured, his voice carrying some sort of anxious tone as he noticed how Simon immediately stiffened at the touch. Had he…had he brought up a memory or a thought the other man didn't like?
Simon swallowed and exhaled slowly. "I'm sorry. Bad memories. I shouldn't be– I shouldn't be holding you back." Images flashed before his mind's eye; an electric shock, a knife, a voice telling him that he would be cured of his illness soon.

(aw, poor simon :(
Kaye's brows drew together in worry, his gaze searching Simon's features for a few moments. "You don't need to worry about holding me back. I want…you to feel safe," he murmured, pressing a small kiss to the side of their temple, his words holding the most sincerity yet.
):
Simon couldn't help the tiniest whimper of relief, curling into his boyfriend. "I'm sorry… I'm being so stupid.. It happened a long time ago– I shouldn't– I shouldn't care anymore. I don't know why I still care."
Kaye felt a sharp tinge of understanding at the words, the feeling of not wanting to care about what people had done to him in the past. Though, he of all people knew that it never went away. "You're not being stupid…at all, Simon. I get it. And if you want to– want to talk about it, I'm here," he mumbled, pressing a few soft kisses to Simon's temple as he ran a hand through their curls.
"I don't want to ruin the cuddle session," he replied softly, the kisses to his temple smoothing over the creases on his forehead. But for once, he wanted to talk. He wanted to open up, a feeling so strange and foreign that it almost scared him. It was better to keep things inside, was it not?
"You wouldn't be ruining anything," Kaye answered with a small murmur, brushing a soothing hand through his boyfriend's hair. He wanted Simon to know that he could talk about any topic, anytime, and it would never be ruining anything. Sometimes, it was just better to let everything go.
Simon leaned his forehead against Kaye's chest, successfully hiding his face. "I was seventeen," he said quietly, voice barely audible. "Do you– do you know what conversion therapy is?"
