Jessica smiled and slowly got up careful not to wake her sleepy boyfriend. Once she was up she looked down at her boyfriendvand leaned down and kissed his head.

The next day Jessica was already up and making breakfast.

Lucy saw the sunlight spilling in her room and decided it was time for her daily change. She yelled her lungs out the second she gained consciousness.

Jessica quickly ran upstairs and picked up Lucy "Be quiet Daddy's sleeping" Jessica said.

Lucy quieted down a bit but still had a whine.

Jessica put Lucy in her crib knowing it was time for the morning diaper change. Jessica Quickly undid Lucy's diaper and put a new fresh one on.

Lucy babbled and kicked quite a lot. She reached for her mom and babbled some more.

Jessica smiled and picked up Lucy in her arms.

Nate woke up at the sound of Lucy crying. He jolted awake and ran to her room only to find that Jessica had already taken care of Lucy and she was already quieted down. He felt bad for not getting there sooner, but he enjoyed watching Jessica being so loving with Lucy.

Jessica turned around to the sound of footsteps and smiled at her boyfriend.

"Good morning love." He smiled back at her and stepped farther into the room.

"Good Morning," Jessica said cheerfully. She loved when Nathan said Love to her.

Nate walked over to them and kissed Jessica's cheek. "Would you like me to take her so you can get some more rest?"

Lucy reached for her father, trying to leave this woman's grasp.

Nate chuckled, "Hi sweetie." He cooed at Lucy, giving her a little wave and grinning a goofy smile.

Lucy still tried reaching for her dad and whined when she was still in her mother's arms.

"Shh, it's okay." Nate cooed again, not wanting her to start crying again. "We're here, you're okay."

Jessica frowned " here" she said handing lucy over To Nathan and walking out of the nursrey.

Nate's smile dropped and he followed after Jessica while holding Lucy. "What's wrong love? Did I do something?"

Jessica stopped dead in her tracks and faced her boyfriend. "No nothings wrong" she said and made her way back downstairs.

"No, something is wrong. Talk to me or I'm gonna keep bothering you until you do." Nate laughed and continued to follow Jessica down the stairs. "Please Jess, I only wanna help." He said, getting more serious.

" i know I'm fine" she reassured gim.

"Okay, I'll take your word for it then." Nate grinned back and rocked Lucy in his arms.
