"Alright class, you have a few minutes to do your homework. Do the day after tomorrow!" she calls. There was about 15 minutes left in class.

(SORRY I'M BACK NOW!!)

Milo hums as he sets to work on his homework.

About five minutes to the bell ringing Milo packs his bag and walks towards the front of the class, "I have an excuse for leaving early." he says softly, handing his teacher the dismissal note. She nods, "Alright dear. Have a good day." Miss Casey places the note back in his hands. She gives him a reassuring glance. She was one of the few teachers that knew of his illness.

He nods and exits the classroom. He walks down the halls to his car and drives towards the hospital.

Milo was quiet as he entered the hospital. He gives the lady at the front desk and sits down to wait.

MIss Carthy taps Saffi on the shoulder when class had ended, "Dear, the class is over." She says kindly. Miss Carthy was a very laid back and motherly type of teacher. She gently shakes Saffi.

"It's alright dear, now hurry along." She smiles before returning to her desk.

Saffi scurries out of the classroom and run walks to her locker. As she opens it, all of her books fall out of the top and land on her head. "This is not my day," she muttered.

Milo taps his foot as he waits, before hearing the doctor call, "Milo Evans?" He stands and walks to the rooms to get his blood drawn, and more eye exams.

Saffi picks up her books and curses under her breath. She places them back in her locker and grabs her Mark of Athena book. She begins to walk to her next class.

Milo exited the hospital about an hour later, a note clutched in his hand. His heart had sunk, almost to a shattering point. He didn't want to go blind. He was terrified. They guessed he had until he was 22 before he would become completely blind. He hated the thought. The note in his hand excused him from all physical classes, meaning he wasn't allowed to go past his limit, since it would cause pressure and speed up the glaucoma.

(okay)
Saffi walked to the lunch room and sat at a table alone, she took out her book and started reading. Occasionally she looked up at her classmates.
