She walked into class and sat in the front row. She looked for her homework but couldn't find it. "Crap," she whispered.
She walked into class and sat in the front row. She looked for her homework but couldn't find it. "Crap," she whispered.
He shuffles through his papers humming as he does so. He was currently listening to music until class would start. He grabs a few notes.
"This is not happening…" she looked some more for her homework. She took a sip of her tea and rubbed her temples. "Ugh.."
A paper falls from his bag and he picks it up curiously. Saffi's name is on it. "Hey Saffi?" He calls, walking towards her, "Is this yours?" He holds out the paper.
She takes the paper and looks at it curiously. "Yah, that's mine." She smiled. "How'd you get it?" she questioned
"Dunno. It was in my bag." He shrugs, he salutes to her with a cheeky grin before returning to his seat. He hums as he taps his pencil against his chin.
"Um okay then," she says. She laughs silently and sits down. She plays with a crumpled piece of paper, bumping it like a volleyball.
As class starts, he turns in his homework, smiling at the teacher happily before returning to his desk and preparing his notes.
(Do ya wanna be the teacher?)
(Sure I guess)
The teacher, Miss Carthy, looks towards the class, "Alright, get your notes out and we'll get started." She says cheerfully.
Saffi took out her note and spread them out on her desk. They were written in colorful ink, color-coded. She moved a piece of hair behind her ear and looked at the teacher.

As Miss Carthy starts on the lesson, Milo taps a gentle beat on his desk, squinting to have to see, thanks to Glaucoma. He sighs softly. He hadn't told any of his friends yet.
Saffi sat back in her chair and stared at the board. It was like the lesson was going in one ear and out the other, she couldn't focus to save her life. She took the paper ball and started tossing it between her hands below the desk.
"Miss Queens?" Miss Carthy calls, "I asked you a question."
Saffi looked up, startled. "C-Could you please repeat that..um please…" she said quietly. She looked at Miss Carthy and smiled innocently.
She sighs, "Yes, dear. What country defeated the Italians and was the first victory against the Axis in World War 2?"
(Answer is Greece)
"It was Greece ma'am," she said confidently. She moved her hair out of her face again, it was always getting in the way, and smiled.
Miss Carthy smiles, "That's correct." She returns to lecturing her students.
"Of course it is," she says under her breath so no one could hear. She continues to play with her paper ball
Milo was listening, rather intrigued. He was fascinated by WW2. He hums as he listens, writing down notes when something perks his interests, or dates and times.
Saffi was never one to listen in class, yet she still had straight A's. She went to grab her pencil to fiddle with it, but it fell of the desk and landed on her toe. "Ow!" she blurted. "Um I mean…Wow! World War 2, very fascinating!" she laughed nervously.
(Hewo?)
(Sorry, School. I'm free now!)
The class turns around at her statement before Milo clears his throat, "You were saying, Miss Carthy?"
