"To think you can isn't good enough when your life in on the line,"
"To think you can isn't good enough when your life in on the line,"
Convel pulled her all the way into their bedroom and began scratching at the door for the closet.
She tilted her head in confusion. "The closet? Okay…" She opened the closet door warily, unsure of what exactly would be behind it.
Convel lifted a loose floorboard to reveal a small black book. He grabbed it gently so he wouldn't leave tooth indents in it. He jumped on up the bed and dropped it.
(I'm exhausted)
(I'm trying to write an essay but there are contractors working at my house literally right under my room)
She frowned, even more confused. But she shook her thoughts away and sat down, picking up the book and looking it over.
"To think you can isn't good enough when your life in on the line,"
"But it's better than saying I can't," Lillian argued.
(I'm exhausted as well. No rest for the wicked I guess)
(Just been very busy lately? I've got a lot on my plate tryna get my life together)
"To think you can isn't good enough when your life in on the line,"
"But it's better than saying I can't," Lillian argued.
"No, if you said you can't I would know that I need to train you. If you say you can we go… to say you do not know is no answer at all,"
She frowned, even more confused. But she shook her thoughts away and sat down, picking up the book and looking it over.
It was Ryan's… journal, of sorts. There were entries about his plans to propose to Belle, his wedding, his children, many major events. However, the last week of entries were all written on the same topic… The voice in his head.
This voice in my head hasn't gone away. It's unfamiliar, I don't recognize who it is but, I wish it would stop. Sometimes it's quiet and bearable but other times it's like they're screaming and it triggers this feeling in me. It wakes the uncontrollably parts of Convel as well. I can't have that around my family. Convel can't be trusted because he simply isn't in control of himself right now. He is bloodthirsty and this voice… whoever it is… it's driving both of us insane. I wonder who else is being drawn out by this. I think we all might be in danger and if–
It cut off halway down the page as if Ryan just stopped writing.
Belle chewed on the inside of her cheek as she read the entry. "That's not good…but why didn't he tell me? If it's really this bad then he should've told me."
"Fine then I guess I don't know," Lillian admitted with a sigh. She knew how to dodge hits and be on the defensive, but never learned how to be the one cuasing pain.
Bal sighed, "I don't think I will be your best teacher," his size began to shrink until Darren was standing there again.
Belle chewed on the inside of her cheek as she read the entry. "That's not good…but why didn't he tell me? If it's really this bad then he should've told me."
He was just scared out of his mind that his family would get hurt and admittedly, it would have been better to discuss the best plan of action with her but he wasn't thinking clearly. The letter stated that Convel could turn on her at any moment and he couldn't be trusted because he was even more terrified than Ryan.
Lillian smiled a little as she saw Darren standing there, "This is going to keep happening isn't it?"

She closed the journal, looking over at Convel. "Is this what you wanted me to see?" Goddammit Ryan, why didn't you just tell me?
Convel let out a defeated sigh and laid his head in Belle's lap. He was just as scared of hurting her as Ryan was.
Lillian smiled a little as she saw Darren standing there, "This is going to keep happening isn't it?"
"I guess," Darren was clearly frustrated. "Bal can't take care of his own shit,"
"I can tell," Lillian told him reassuringly.
Convel let out a defeated sigh and laid his head in Belle's lap. He was just as scared of hurting her as Ryan was.
She petted his head gently. "Don't worry buddy, we'll get through this together. Til death do us part, right?"
aw man I got an ugly picture.
Welcome back again lol
(Thanks lol. I am crazy busy and I thought it would get better but no)
