Amanda sighed heavily, "She's finally gone, she was really annoying"
Amanda sighed heavily, "She's finally gone, she was really annoying"
"I agree with that too." Max nodded. "Who wants cookies?"
"She did not answer my question," James said closing the door and twitching his hand.
"I DO!" came the other voice. Darcie bounced into the room. "She was annoying me, too. Also, what kind are they?"
"I dooo" Amanda exclaimed, jogging to the kitchen
"She did not answer my question," James said louder.
"That's what they do, and sorry for bursting in," Darcie said bashfully.
"I know James she probably didn't know the answer." Max turned. "They're the store bought ones."
Amanda stopped and went over to James, "I know, She was very rude" she sighed
"She didn't answer my question," He said under his breath as he walked toward the table and reopened his book.
"Watcha reading? " Darcie asked him.
Amanda watched him as he walked over to the table and smiled weakly. She then went over to the kitchen, grabbed two cookies and a plate and shoved them into the microwave for ten seconds, "Thank you for buying these Max" she sighed, biting into the melty and soft cookie and going to fridge to grab some milk
"You're welcome, Man!" Max winked at her.
"Watcha reading? " Darcie asked him.
"The textbook of Clinical Neurology!" He said excitedly.
"What's it about?"
"You're welcome, Man!" Max winked at her.
Amanda blushed lightly and bit the inside of her lip, 'dammit' she thought while biting into the cookie again
"It's a neurology textbook." He grinned like it was normal to read a textbook for fun.
Amanda finished the cookie and picked up her phone to read the news
