(Have you left me @MK? :( Meara is waiting so patiently.)
(sorry, I had to study for classes tomorrow but I'm going to go to bed so this is my last post tonight.) Isaac focused on her face while still playing with her hair. She was beautiful, with her long brown hair falling slightly in her hazel eyes. He looked into her eyes, noticing small flecks of gold and they seemed to change color in the light.
(Goodnight)
Meara couldn't remember a time when she had been so nervous as she was right now. Yet so comforted at the same time.
Alex stopped singing when he realized where he had led them. "Oh, um, this is my place," he gestured awkwardly to the cute little townhouse ahead. He felt the blush rising to his face.
Eve noticed his blush and giggled, "It looks lovely." she commented, grabbing his hand in reassurance.
His blush deepened when Eve took his hand. He smiled at her and started slowly heading up the steps to the front door.
"My sister might be home," he told Eve.
"Really? Could I meet her?" Eve asked him with excitement.
He was taken aback by her excitement. "Yeah, maybe." He pulled out his keys and opened the door. "Sara?" he called.
There was silence for a moment before Sara appeared at the top of the stairs. "Hey, Al," she said distractedly.
He grunted at the nickname. Sleek auburn hair tumbling down around her shoulders, she started downstairs. Her bright green eyes sparkled with mischief and she smiled, dimples appearing in her flushed cheeks.
"Who's this?"
"I'm Eve." she grinned, holding out her hand to Sara. "It's nice to meet you!"
(helloo im back lol)
Sara shook Eve's hand vigorously. "Has Alex finally gotten off his a** and socialized?"
Alex exhaled loudly and looked down, shuffling his feet.
"I guess you could call it that." Eve laughed, still shaking Sara's hand.
Sara let out a laugh as well. "Well, Eve, I've got to get to the studio. See you around," she winked and was out the door in a flurry of colour.
Alex sighed in relief.
"Okay, see you around Sara!" Eve called after her. She turned back to Alex before speaking, "I really like your sister! She seems like a great person!"
Alex chuckled and shook his head. "She's completely mad."
"Aren't we all." Eve stated with a laugh
Alex grinned. "So you wanna see my room? My sister's? The living room?"
"Yes!" Eve practically shouted with excitement. Realizing that she was getting too hyper, she stopped bouncing on her feet, but she couldn't wipe the grin off her face.
Alex took a step back before laughing. He put a hand on the small of her back and started leading her up the stairs. "This is my sister's room."
It was tastefully decorated, and everywhere you looked was a painting.
Eve looked around Sara's room, admiring all the beautiful paintings, "I wish I were that good." She commented in awe. "I'm only good at music." she quietly stated, hoping Alex wouldn't hear her.
He took a step back in bewilderment. "Do you sing?"
"What?" Eve stepped backwards, a look of shock on her face. "I'm sorry, I didn't think you'd heard me." she blushed and looked down at her shoes.
"I have excellent hearing, I hear everything. Anyway, it's a good thing! I play piano! Do you sing?" he said excitedly.
"Yeah, and I play a few instruments." Eve replied, getting quieter as she spoke.
He couldn't stop himself from clapping. "Come, come!" He grabbed her by the hand and dragged her down the stairs to the living room. He sat at the piano. "Name me a song you can sing, I can play it."
