…. Oh well….
…. Oh well….
We can always get partially started if you want to… idk though.
right now all I want is to lose myself in a fantasy world and be anyone other than me… (In other words yes pls..)
Okay, let's get to it then
Sorry about vanishing… I closed my eyes for two seconds and fell asleep….
It’s all good
So, you wanna start? (I was thinking we'd start with the prisoners first.. let the rebels come in later…)
Okay
YAY!
Alright, who wants to start?
I'm not all that great at starting….
(I will though if you won't)
Okay, I'll give it a shot. Are they in like prison cells? What were you picturing, if anything?
I was picturing a dark, dank, prison cell….
Alright, great. I'm on it.
(Yay)
Aurelius woke up on the stone floor with a start. Every inch of his body was aching from how he'd slept; it was impossible to get comfortable in such conditions. He had been here a while, so was no longer surprised waking up to darkness and hard-to-breathe air. There was no way out. He had tried to shift all the stones in the cell to see if there was anything he could go through, but there was nothing…
He crawled over to the bars and sat cross-legged in front of the door, peering out to the guards and the prisoners across from him.
Silver played around with the chain of his amulet, shifting and padding over to the bars of his cell he growled loudly at the nearest guard, causing him to inch away fearfully. Shifting again with a smirk he settled himself against a wall trying to figure a way out.
Aurelius' eyes fell on a wolf across the way. He was snarling, growling, angry… He had guessed the wolf to be some sort of shifter, perhaps. They wouldn't have just locked up a regular wolf, right?
Once the guards were out of earshot, he called over, "Hey!" Mostly this was to start a conversation about powers. He was quite curious.
Silver shifted to human form and cocked his head at the guy in the cell across from him, "What?"
Aurelius shouldn't have been surprised, but he jumped a little bit, startled by Silver's transformation.
"So… so you do…"
He smiled just slightly. "So I guess they did only take people with powers…"
"Yeah" said Silver boredly, "Yeah they do, I wish they didn't though,"
Aurelius sighed. "Yeah. It's even worse not knowing what fate awaits. Do they want to kill us? Punish us? Exploit us for our powers?"
He folded his hands into his lap. "Guess only time will tell."
"Probably exploiting powers, or just lock us up till we all die" said Silver, "Now why praytell are you being so dramatic??"
"Well, I daresay this situation is pretty dramatic on its own. I only add a little… flair, I guess. I'm told I see the beauty in everything, including my imminent doom," Aurelius replied, "Endless night, the choking stench of sweat, lying down fading away on the stone cold floor? All sounds like poetry to me. Horribly morbid, but still poetry."
"Well aren't you pleasant company" said Silver sitting down with his back to the wall, "I thought the people I normally hang around were weirdos…"
