(OKAY, so all that I have found so far is this:

"Dani sat down on the couch, not wanting to interrupt Josh and Ana's-whatever they were doing. Knowing Josh, he had some kind of brilliant plan up his sleeve. He always did. Like the sticky-note prank, and the plan that had saved her from the R.A.C.. Dani frowned, remembering once again how horrible and painful it had been there.

Dani let her mind drift, though not completely zoned out. Hurry up Dani!! And there it was again. Cami I'm not as fast as you! Slow down! Dani and Cami finally reached the top of the river, panting and sweating. Cami set up a picnic for the two off them. They had both laughed at the animals that we playing around them as the two of them ate. Cami translated that the animals wanted food. Eventually the girls had stopped eating and were playing with the animals. Singing with the birds, dancing with the foxes, jumping with the squirrels, and for an hour all was right in the world for Dani. But as fate would have it, Dani's happiness didn't last long. As they hiked back down, a few R.A.C.s had ambushed them. Cami had told Dani to run, so she did. She ran as fast as her legs could carry her. She never saw Cami again. Dani tried to hold back her tears, but a few still escaped.

Dani sat on a chair by Macha, refusing to leave her. How did this all go so wrong? Dani thought miserably. Cami I wish you were here. Dani hugged her knees tightly to her chest. She sang softly to Macha as she smoothed the hair off of Macha's face. Flower gleam and glow. Let your power shine. Make the clock reverse. Bring back what once was mine. What once was mine."

So I know that she had a friend named Cami, she seems to speak a different language, right? Dani was captured by the R.A.C. that's pretty much all I know…)

(Try page six. That is when she mentions what happened to her parents. The flash backs are all over the place from there.)

@Lenered

Her older brother Daniel had taken her out to eat. After that they decided to wander around town. Maybe help the police out a little. Which they did. Her bother's best friend, Jeremy, was an officer at their local police station. He asked them to look into the murder of a 'superhuman' as Jeremy liked to call people with powers. So they looked into it. But it was a trap. The R.A.C.'s lured them to a place that was so aptly named 'The Abyss.' It was a 200 foot drop in a cave in the woods. And her brother never saw it coming. An R.A.C. officer grabbed him and pulled him to the edge of the Abyss. Daniel had looked into Dani's eyes and shouted, "Danica, do not let this break you! You have always tried to protect others. Keep doing that! I'm so sorry that I will not see it. And then that scream. One of the many screams that haunted her, day in and day out. He fell. The officer held a dagger in his hand. Dani forced herself back into the present,trying her hardest not to cry.

(Uh, not all though, I'm pretty sure. But I really don't want to have to read through all 33 pages–and I don't remember from where I left off..)

@blue_topaz

Macha looked up at him, sympathy mirrored in her eyes. "Not if it makes sad.", she replied simply, shaking her head. She shifted slightly to release the pressure on her stiff grey wings splayed awkwardly out on either side of her.

@Mish

Josh blinked. Once. Then twice. A few more times after that. "Oh my gosh." His voice, barely above a whisper. "Dani. I'm…I'm so sorry." Without thinking, he pulled her into a hug. "I always thought that good super heroes always had tragic backstories…but NOTHING that bad." He squeezed her tighter. "I'm glad you're with us now. I'm…really…glad you're with us now."

@Mish

Joshua pulled away from the hug. "That reminds me. I ran into a R.A.C agent before you called me." Josh then began to recount his encounter with Blake. He was a bit nervous to retell it, considering how nice he acted towards the agent. Most of the people in the TGR would gladly spit in a R.A.C. agent's face, but he FED and BANDAGED one! As his story came to a close, he looked nervously at the ground. "And I don't even know what his mission was. All I know is that his name is Blake…and I spent enough time with him to ID him. So I guess it was kinda helpful…"

@Lenered

"It's okay, I read somewhere that it helps to tell someone," Ace fingered his glasses, "I guess you're my confidante." he cleared his throat and began to start, as if he was spinning a story, "We were called the Tarakona. Proud people, living in the mountains. All of us had dragons, their souls intertwined with ours when we were three. There would be a bonding ritual and everyone would watch as you got your mark. We all knew each other. Potlucks, dinners, we were a community, closely knit. I knew everyone and everyone knew me. If you sneezed on one side of the village and walked to the other, someone would say bless you." Ace laughed at the memory, "We had no secrets, just family. We had races. The annual Tarakona race, with the dragons of course. I practiced all year for that race and one year I was convince I would win. I was seven, old enough to qualify, but too young for the others to take notice. It was the day before the race and I ran down to my grandmother, and took her hand. Her clear blue eyes crinkled and her hands began to glow. Her face suddenly went white and I asked her what she saw and she said, death." a blank stare had take over Ace's eyes. "I should've known something was up, but my mom ushered me out the door and I didn't think too much of it. I went home, played with my friends, ate dinner, went to bed, but at midnight, I decided I needed to train. So, I took Zodiac and we flew for hours, faster and faster each time. As soon as I got home, I knew something was wrong. And I'll never forget the blood on the streets, in the homes, covering the beds, staining the floors." his glasses started to fog up, and tears streamed down his face freely. "I went straight to the chief's house, praying that someone was alive, but no one was, so I took a knife, this knife," Ace pulled his knife from his pocket and wiped the tears from his face, "I plunged it into my chest, and I fainted, but when I woke up, I wasn't in the afterlife, I was still alive. For years after that, the damn thing wouldn't heal, but I think it's starting to now." Ace took Macha's hand and held it, taking in her touch, her warmth, and he sat, the silence hanging like a thick haze above them.

@Natasha

Dani gave Josh a smile. "Hey." She lifted his chin so that he was looking at her. "You did the right thing. No body deserves to suffer. I'll have Niki look for him." She pulled out her phone and called Niki, telling her what she needed to do. Then she turned her attention back to Josh. "It's okay." She soothed. "Don't apologize for doing what you think is right."

@Mish

Josh nodded. Leaning his head against the wall. "I hope that guy's okay. He doesn't deserve to be in the R.A.C., really. The more that I think about it, I'm almost POSITIVE that he was beaten up by one of his colleagues. And he doesn't seem to have a good relationship with anyone there…He seemed really scared that someone might find him not doing his job and report him…All the more reason to hate the R.A.C. I guess."

@blue_topaz

Sadness settled over Macha like a heavy blanket, sadness for Ace, for his family, for his town. Pushing herself up as best she could, she reached up, enfolding him in a tight, meaningful hug. "You must have loved them so much.", she murmured, beginning to remember.
