The doctor's lip twitched at her eye roll, "If you want him to be safe, no."

She sighed again. "Very well. Thank you, bye." She said, turning around abruptly and using her crutches to go as fast as she could go.

She entered Peter's room again, sighing. "A week! A whole week! Can you believe it?!" Sky complained, plopping down on a nearby chair.

"It's not so bad," Peter tried to have an optimistic outlook.

"But Peterrrr" She grumbled, crossing her arms.

"What?" A smile teased his lips.

I dunno… I just want you out is all. And A whole week! They can't even do anything about it!" Skylar sighed.

Yeah, just got home from school )

"That's just how it is," he replied simply.

"I know.." Skylar said, trailing off. "I only have crutches for a few more days!" she said, changing the subject slightly.

"Wow so……………………..in the last day or two that I've known you, I almost died twice, no wait three times, we started dating………….and I have told you more about myself than I have told anyone. Wow."

"Well, no one can say that your life's not eventful," Zander said, serving the ice cream in to the bowl's and passing one to Dani.

Frankie and Blake were awoken a little while later by a nurse who came to them saying, "First of all, Blake is good to go. Second of all, your friend, Ace I think was his name, escaped somehow and we don't know where he is. You should probably go find him."

"You still havent told me why you have them.."

Dani snickered. "I've got to….hand it to you……Skye's the limit with how much you surprised me. Several bad things have been happening recently, but you have somehow kept Mack-ing me laugh. Thank you." Then she fell off her chair laughing.

"I..Uh.. Well… Ellis, do you mind?" She asked, gesturing for him to go out the door for a minute. "I promise you can come in after." Skylar smiled warmly at him.

Ellis nodded a little, and walked out reluctantly.

Zander laughed and helped her up off the floor." I always make you laugh huh?" He said laughing, then a thought occurred to him. "Did I ever tell you what Blani meant?"

Skylar's smiled faded and she closed her eyes at she answered Peter's previous question.

"Before, when I was alone, every time somebody I loved or knew died, I would give myself a scar so I would remember them, remember what they went through. For everybody that I have heard stories about that have died while I have been here, I gave myself an extra special cut. Alllll the way down my leg. Deep, too. I don't know what happened after that, but a nurse came and picked me up and I passed out. I have 55 scars now." She exhaled, looking up at Peter.

Dani shook her head. "No, I don't think so."
